This charming 60m² apartment is ideally located close to many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can unwind, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it a perfect spot to relax and spend time together. The oversized window let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The space also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom is cosy and welcoming, featuring a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, all prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure the highest level of comfort.

It is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is the vibrant Chiado district, close to iconic landmarks like the Carmo Convent and Santa Justa Lift. Top attractions such as Praça do Comércio and Bairro Alto are within walking distance. The area brims with charming cafés, historic theatres, and acclaimed restaurants like Belcanto and Café A Brasileira. It’s the perfect spot to soak up Lisbon’s culture and cuisine.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Baixa-Chiado, is just a 3-minutes walk.

The Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
