It's ideal located for students, individuals, remote workers, families and groups of friends.

Guest Access:

You will have the whole place to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower.



You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed!



The Neighborhood:

As you arrive at the building, you will feel the calmness of the street and pick up the friendly vibe from the residential neighbours.



If you're coming from the top of the road you'll experience a bit of the Portuguese culture as you will pass by the lovely ceramics shop - Fábrica Sant'ana which has been open since 1741. Buy yourself a little souvenir to keep as a memory from your stay in our apartment.



Near the apartment you have many local cafes, shops and restaurants. If you would like to go for a food shop, you have a large super-market, Ping Doce at an easy walking distance. If you like a cosy place for a coffee or sandwich lunch, make your way to A Lanchonete.



We'd recommend you walk around and explore all the lovely small businesses around this area - it has a flavour of gastronomy, arts, history and culture all within walking distance.



If you are an academic, you are a 5-minute walking distance from the Lusíada University. You also have the Egas Moniz Hospital just 400m away from the apartment should you need anything or if you are visiting/accompanying someone for treatments.



If you like walking, cycling or exercising with a beautiful view, walk for less than 10 minutes and cross over one of the pedestrian crossings and make your way to the walk-way right in front of the Tejo River.



Here you will find, the Docas which have many delicious local restaurants, you have the incredible Café In for a fresh meal or if you'd like to enjoy a stylish evening meal, visit SUD Lisboa for an incredible evening with amazing views.



If you're in for some culture and arts, make your way to the Museum of Architecture, Arts and Technology (MAAT) or the Electricity Museum. Continue heading down to Belém in the same walk-away, and you will find the historical Padrão dos Descobrimentos - in honour of our famous explorers. Continue walking around and you will find many other historical landmarks rich in culture and history as Belém is where many of our explorers left for their adventures which as a consequence have made this part of Lisbon rich in history and culture.



Other Things to Note:

-The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.



-Please note there is a staircase for access and you will need to go up one flight of stairs to access the apartment.



-Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided.



-Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse.



Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. Please note that if you need a late check-in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:

- From 20:00 to 02:00h: €25

- After 02:00h: Confirm availability before booking



This fee will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.

All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Portuguese security authorities





- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.



-Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.

City Tax may be applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you before the check-in. The amount is calculated per person, per night, and could vary according to local regulations. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you complete this payment in advance.
