CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: A unique, newly renovated, spacious and charming flat, located in the heart of Ericeira village, just a few steps away to the famous Pescadores beach and surf spots.
All main restaurants, bars, cafes and stores are right outside the house creating a lively atmosphere. The building overlooks the village square. A nice terrace offers a relaxing space to enjoy your afternoons and the great ocean breeze. The flat easily accommodates up to 8 people.
The Space:
Spread across 220sqM, the flat has a very spacious feel with high ceilings and stylishly decorated with 1830's frescoes.
The home features a very large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed and a walk-in-wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed whilst the third bedroom features 2 bunk beds that accommodate 4 people.
The living room prioritises comfort with two sofas and an additional two armchairs and TV. The dinning area has a marble top dinning table for 8-10 people and design Wishbone chairs. The kitchen is big and all well equipped for you and your party to enjoy. The terrace is spacious and pleasant for end of the day drinks.
