The Space:

This unique place in the heart of Lisbon consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located on the second floor with an elevator, you will always need to go up or down a flight of stairs, as the elevator is positioned between floors.



Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms.



We also provide a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Guest Access:

Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Nothing is shared with another group!

We may limit access to all rooms in case of reservations of less than 2 people for logistical reasons and cleaning and maintenance costs depending on the needs of our guests.

The apartment is located in one of Lisbon’s most iconic and lively areas, between the elegant Chiado and the vibrant Cais do Sodré. It is the perfect area for those who want to explore the city on foot and experience the true Lisbon lifestyle.



Just a few minutes away is the famous Time Out Market (Mercado da Ribeira), one of the city’s main gastronomic hubs, along with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, and terraces. The area is known for its energy, cultural diversity, and nightlife, while still preserving Lisbon’s typical historic charm.



Surrounded by traditional buildings, picturesque streets, and charming views, it is also an excellent starting point to explore iconic areas such as Chiado, Bairro Alto, Baixa, and the riverside area along the Tagus River.

The apartment is located in an area with an active nightlife. While this brings plenty of energy and leisure options, there may be some noise at night, especially on weekends.



Getting Around:

The street where the apartment is located benefits from an exceptional public transport network, allowing easy and fast connections throughout the city and surrounding areas. Just a few minutes’ walk away is Cais do Sodré, one of Lisbon’s main transport hubs.



At Cais do Sodré you will find the metro (Green Line), trains to Cascais and the beaches along the coast, as well as several tram and bus lines connecting different parts of the city. This station offers direct links to areas such as Chiado, Baixa, Belém, Parque das Nações, and the historic city center.



In addition, the area is very well served by taxis, ride-sharing services (Uber, Bolt, etc.), and electric scooters, making getting around even more convenient. Thanks to its central location, many of Lisbon’s main tourist attractions can also be easily explored on foot.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, our apartment has a strict no-party policy. Parties, loud gatherings, or any activities that may disturb the peace of the area are not allowed.

If this rule is violated, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately and ask guests to leave without any refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for everyone.

To stay in our apartment, it is mandatory for all guests to complete a form with their passport details. This is a legal requirement in Portugal for the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), which regulates the registration of guests in the country.

We kindly ask that you complete the form before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process in compliance with local regulations.



We would like to inform you that we have installed a noise decibel monitor in our common areas. Please note that this monitor does not register or capture any spoken words; it is solely designed to measure decibel levels.



To ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, everyone’s comfort, and responsible energy use, we kindly ask that the air conditioning be set between 19°C and 23°C, avoiding extremely high or extremely low temperatures, as this may damage the appliances and the electrical system. We also appreciate that the air conditioning is used in moderation and turned off whenever the apartment is unoccupied.
