Welcome to Woodland Point! This amazing home with a private pool at the 29MM in Linn Creek has some of the best views of the lake!!!

Our beautiful 5 bedroom home is perfectly situated by land or boat at the 29 MM at Lake of the Ozarks. With 6,000 sq ft, this home comfortably sleeps 26+ people and has a heated($50/day)outdoor pool, pool table (with ping pong top), and a 60-in-1 arcade, Golden Tee, Big Buck hunter Reloaded, Bullshooter Electronic darts, etc. The home also has a private two-well dock with a swim platform. By car, it is 10 minutes from Osage Beach restaurants, bars, and shopping. By water it’s near popular water establishments such as Paradise Restaurant, Fish & Co, Larry’s on the Lake, Papa Chubby’s, Margaritaville, Redhead Yacht Club and Captain Ron’s.

When you enter our beautiful home, you enter into the top (main level). There is a spacious beautiful kitchen perfect for cooking for large groups, a large comfortable living room, a balcony with fabulous views, a powder room, and a massive master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and laundry room. The lower level features 4 additional large bedrooms, a powder room, 3 full bathrooms, another living room, a game room, an additional full kitchen, another laundry room, and a screened in porch.

The bedrooms sleep the following configurations:

The outdoor space has something for everyone! There is a private pool with pool loungers overlooking the lake. Also for your personal use is a large 2 well dock with slips for storing your boat or PWC's. A platform for swimming, fishing, or laying out.

Our home comes fully furnished with kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, TV’s, Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels. An intitial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience. If you need it, we probably got it. Ex: crock pots...

Incredible house! We had more than enough room for two families with 7 kids total. Could have easily fit another couple and 5 more kids (at least). Saturday was a rainout for us, but the house has so many fun amenities that it didn’t matter one bit. Ping pong, pool table, video games galore. We plan to come back as often as possible.

We stayed at Woodland for our churches ladies retreat, and we LOVED this home! The cozy living area with the fireplace was very relaxing, and the extra touch of throw blankets for our winter stay was so nice! We loved all the windows with the beautiful lake view, and the very spacious kitchen with the large island for cooking. The host was very accommodating and heated the pool for our stay, and provided quick responses to messages.

Very spacious and well maintained. Beautiful view of the lake. We entertained numerous family members (some were local residents) throughout our visit. They really seemed to enjoy the property. The pool table and arcade games were a big hit with everyone. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. Two ovens and two dishwashers. The entrance driveway was a bit intimidating at first with the double switch back and steep grade. But it was wide and relatively easy to navigate once you gave it a try. Our property manager, Anthony Schoen, was outstanding. He was extremely responsive, taking care of all requests promptly. Moreover, he continually emphasized that he was available to assist should we have any problems at all.

We planned a family Christmas gathering at the Lake of the Ozarks because we are former residents and love it!! The house was perfect even decorated for the holidays!! Clean, equipped with everything we needed and more, games of every kind, kitchen supplies, cookware, etc. We were blessed with beautiful weather. Everyone loved our time together and all said the house was perfect!! Also the views!! THANKS to our very attentive host, Anthony. We were not ready to leave. We had an amazing time at this beautiful home on Lake of the Ozarks. We used the pool, the hot tub, and the fireplaces, and we did some fishing off the dock. The games were top notch, and my kids did not say they were bored the entire trip! You will love this place!

Great house in a beautiful location! The house is a great layout for entertaining and hanging out, the downstairs is set up with a bar, kitchen, TV, living area pool table and games. Too cold to swim, but had a hot tub that was a -lus!! The owner was very accommodating, and you can tell the home was set up the for a great experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and wil be back!

A superb experience in every respect. It’s an incredible property and it’s even larger than it looks with the tall ceilings. The layoff is fantastic and the property is especially unique as almost every room feels like a veranda 4th deck view of the water. The Master Bedroom and en-suite is amazing and opens up to an outdoor large hot tub overlooking the lake & cove. Started every day with a 30 minute kayak, laps in the private pool, & hot tub. How great is that? And Anthony’s service matched his property quality. Detailed info on everything we needed to know beforehand, immediate response to any issue. And what was totally over the top: we mentioned we use a couple of air mattresses which we couldn’t find. His mom went to the store and picked out 5 of them delivered THAT morning!! Thanks mom!! Thanks Anthony!!

This home was the best place we've stayed at the lake! The view is amazing from the entire upper level, the upper deck, the pool and the dock! Kitchen space and amenities are great with everything you need - plenty of room for large family dinners. All reported super comfortable beds. The overall space is great for multiple activities, and the kids and adults alike had a blast with the cool electronic games - it is like a mini-arcade! Everything about this home is spacious and comfortable. Had a great time in the water - the pool was great day and night with plenty of chairs to hang out. We had great days on the lake, too, using their Maui matt and the kayaks. We didn't use the fireplaces (3) but imagine they would be gorgeous when the weather calls. Can't think of a single detractor. There are numerous steps but not a problem for our group. Driveway is steep but wide and all navigated it with no issues. It accommodated all of our parking with room to spare (5 vehicles). Thank you to our amazing hosts!

This house is beautiful! It’s at an excellent location on the lake with beautiful views. Everything you could ever need is in the house. The entertainment options both outside and inside were excellent and plentiful.
