Don’t miss the incredible panoramic views of Camden Harbor and the islands of Penobscot Bay from the top of Mount Battie—hike or drive to the summit!

For shopping enthusiasts, the Maine Artisans’ shop is right below your suite, offering unique, handcrafted items made by local artists.

Venture south to explore Camden and Rockland, where you’ll find more shops, restaurants, schooner and windjammer cruises, lighthouses, and museums. Heading north, visit the charming seaside town of Belfast for shopping, dining, a harbor walk, or a schooner ride. For a grand adventure, continue on to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to experience Maine’s iconic rocky coastline.

After a day of exploring, return to your cozy suite and unwind. The studio features a queen-size bed, a full kitchen, an electric fireplace for added ambiance, and a private balcony overlooking Lincolnville Beach and Penobscot Bay. The suite is located on the second floor, up one flight of outdoor stairs (no elevator).

We’re located on Route 1, so light sleepers may hear traffic noise. Running the AC, watching TV, or using the sound machine can help minimize it.

Such a Cool Place to Stay

Loved this place. A cool upstairs apartment with a balcony that looks right over Lincolnville beach. Host instructions and posted information was very helpful. Great place to go see the fall foliage and drive up to Mt. Battie. Would recommend.

Perfect in Every Way!

My 1st return to Lincolnville in over 45 years. Wanted to share the beauty with my husband, on the beach I played on as a child. Accommodations were clean & exceptional. Owner provides everything you need plus thoughtful touches. The view of the sunrise every morning from our balcony was so memorable. Having access to a washer/dryer was a huge bonus. There is noise from the highway, but it didn’t affect us. We enjoyed the quiet (not touristy) feel of the town. Highly recommend this “as advertised” property.

Perfect location, no detail missed

This was the perfect location for my partner and I to explore the area. Every detail was thought of from beach towels, extra toiletries and local pamphlets. Good restaurants in walking distance. We would love to come back and will recommend Suites by the Sea to friends and family.

A quick get away

A Little of Lincolnville

The property was as described: clean, convenient, and fully functional. It was perfect for a couple. As mentioned in the listing, there is an abundance of loud traffic on Route 1. We're sound sleepers, so it was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and are likely to consider the property again in the future.

Work Therapy

I had to travel for work and at the end of hours of driving, this was a little slice of heaven. The peaceful sounds and views of the ocean did the trick. I enjoyed the local eateries and shops within walking distance. Being right on Rte 1 is a blessing and a curse, convenient but a bit dangerous/loud sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location since it was on the part of the coast we love but not in an overcrowded place. The set up of the studio was perfect too for myself and husband. Very easy to contact the property manager and other staff who were all friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony. If we had time, a ferry ride across to Islesboro would have been great too. The Lobster Pound across the street had the best seafood and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lincolnville and would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful, restful getaway.
