White Swan Cottage, Ashlin Farm Barns

White Swan Cottage is situated in an idyllic waterside setting, just a short drive from the stunning Cathedral city of Lincoln. The enclosed country-style garden is designed with raised beds and feature lighting to give a warm welcome when enjoying an evening drink with family and friends outdoors. The hot tub and heated outdoor shower offer views across your spacious, private garden, overlooking the lake and its wildlife. When you feel like eating outside try out the large barbecue and have meals at the rustic dining table on the patio. White Swan Cottage is located in the corner of the Lakeside section of our site, with a handy play area nearby.

The inside of White Swan Cottage is contemporary, spacious and beautifully designed, with views over the water. The ground floor is open-plan with a well-stocked kitchen, large dining table and a deep, comfortable seating area overlooking your garden and hot tub. The underfloor heating ensures you will be warm and cosy throughout your stay. There are two double bedrooms, both on the ground floor and individually styled. Both of the bedrooms are en suite and there is a separate wc downstairs.
