The Space:

Just a short walk to Loon Mountain’s new Timbertown chairlift across the street, guests can easily purchase lift tickets and hit the slopes in no time. Enjoy the convenience of the private South Peak shuttle, which picks you up right from the driveway and drops you off at any Loon Mountain base. After a day of adventure, unwind in the shared hot tub or grab a warm drink from the complimentary coffee bar.



The main floor features a welcoming open concept living area with plush sofas, a smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. Step out onto the private patio to enjoy the mountain air or gather around the dining table for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and an island with three barstools, perfect for the whole group!



The main level primary suite offers a queen bed, private bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and shower, plus direct patio access. Down the hall is a guest room with a queen bed and full bathroom.



Downstairs, the walkout basement is designed for fun and relaxation, with a second master suite (queen bed and private bath), and a bunk room with 2 twin sized bunk beds. There is also a game and poker table, bar area, large sectional sofa, smart TV, and electric fireplace for guests to enjoy!



Outside, the Pemi River runs just behind the condo, ideal for floating, swimming, or simply take a walk along the river on the J.E. Henry Trail. Whether you’re skiing, hiking, or cozying up by the fire, this South Peak retreat offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and adventure!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private outdoor patio and shared jacuzzi! Guests are also welcome to utilize the shared backyard grass area as well! Guests have access to 2 parking spots in front of the unit, with additional parking options in the guests spots marked at the complex.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is located right on the Pemigewasset River at South Peak. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river as you soak your soar muscles in condo associations shared Jacuzzi! This home is located directly across the street from the new chairlift, allowing for a quick walk to the slopes. The home is also part of the South Peak Home Owners Association, allowing guests to use the association's free shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain lodges. The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!



Getting Around:

The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person. The condo also features a free shuttle service during the winter months, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.



Other Things to Note:

- Please be advised that there is a Ring security camera installed and positioned on the front door area of the property. The camera is the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.



Interaction with Guests:

The home is accessed through the key pad on the front door. The Host is available 24/7 by phone, text, or through the booking app. If there are any issues or questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out!
