There is plenty of off road parking.
Located in the countryside but a short drive to Lincoln City Centre and easy access to A46.
There are scenic countryside views from every window.

The space
This property is ideally located close to the A46, ideal for those working in Lincoln, Newark or surrounding areas. It is a spacious house with modern interior and a large garden, ideal for families traveling with pets and contractors.
There is Whisby Garden Centre next door which has a great cafe, serving food throughout the day, there is also the play barn which is fantastic for children.
The property boasts a spacious kitchen with an array of amenities and a large dining table that seats 6. There is a cosy living room area with a large smart TV that leads off from the kitchen. There is a downstairs bathroom with a separate shower and a bathtub. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms.

Pass The Keys provides a hotel standard quality of service for short-let rental properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community based Pass The Keys Team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass The Keys Property Readiness Standard.
No parties will be tolerated and a fee of ÂŁ250 will be charged if any house rules are broken.
