This bright and airy apartment is in a great central location, situated on the banks of the picturesque Brayford Riverside. It is a short walk to Lincoln Castle and Cathedral, which are situated in the historic Bailgate area. Lincoln's high street, with a number of bars, restaurants, and shops is on the doorstep. The Perfect location for your stay in Lincoln!
Situated on the second floor of the apartment building is this two-bedroom flat. You enter into a corridor with a double bedroom straight ahead, an open plan living area/ kitchen to your right, which offers a seamless blend of a Lounge, Diner, and Kitchen, offering the perfect space for relaxation and entertaining. At the end of the corridor to the left is a family bathroom, follow the corridor round and youâre led to a second, spacious double bedroom with ample storage.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the KeysÂź, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
Parties are strictly prohibited, and a fee of ÂŁ250 will be imposed if any house rules are violated.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
