Starting November 1st, our membership at the Loon Mountain Resort will be available for guests staying at the property. This membership grants access to a variety of amenities, including pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tubs (indoor/outdoor), a gym, yoga classes, a spa and more!

Each day, up to 8 guests can enjoy these perks for free. For additional guests beyond that, there is a small fee of $10 per person. Please note that the membership is unavailable during the February vacation period.

This house has an awesome location for exploring the White Mountains! We skied at nearby Loon Mountain, did some winter hiking and toured along the Kancamungus highway for stunning winter views. The owner had good communication and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace. Also very convenient to restaurants, breweries and grocery shopping. It snowed a few nights and somebody showed up in the morning to shovel which was nice to not have to worry about that. Great trip!

This house is great for 3 couples! It is clean, comfortable and well located to the things we wanted to do. Marc was quick to respond when we had an issue and had it taken care of while we were out. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit and the fireplace inside. I can highly recommend this place!

Great escape!

We rented this awesome house for a few days during school vacation week. The house was clean and well maintained with many amenities (great downstairs for the kiddos) and it was a quiet street close to everything you could need. We will def look to visit again in the future!

Cozy House perfect for a group of friends/family hitting the slopes!

Heated floors for the win! It was a cold weekend but the house was cozy and the floors were radiating heat which was perfect after returning from Loon.There were great areas for privacy and each room/section had their own bathroom. The aesthetic of the house was charming and warm feeling.We'll definitely consider booking with Marc in the future!

Beautiful New Log Cabin is Absolute Delight

A very spacious lovely home with all the amenities for enjoying a wonderful vacation in the down town section of Lincoln NH. Sam and Marc were very communicative and accommodating. The home is new and all of the furnishings are new as well. TVs in every room and a relaxing game room makes the stay very comfortable. This is a true gem and well worth the stay.

Better than advertised

The house is immaculate. Marc told me things were stocked for our visit, and he was underselling the preparedness. We had everything needed for a great vacation. Inside the house is beautiful with floor to ceiling tongue and groove boards. The theme throughout is is rustic wood, and it works. From the outside the house appears small, but once through the door you are presented with more space than you could possibly need. Three bathrooms and four huge bedrooms, my family each had their own floor. Cannot wait to stay here again!!
