The space
This beautiful luxury mini lodge is situated on the Fishing lake side at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in a quiet location, but only ~5 min walk to the main complex with outdoor/indoor swimming pools, bars, restaurants and amenities.

The lounge is stylish, modern and large with a free standing furniture, large mirror, 55" Smart TV with Blu Ray DVD player, electric fireplace feature (heater) and PS3 & XBox 360 (please feel free to bring your own DVD's and games). Also, French doors that lead out onto the veranda.
The double pull out sofa bed in the living room is a comfortable place to sleep too when extra space is needed.

The kitchen is well equipped - Home from Home and is separated from the living area, clean and crisp colours makes it look even bigger. The kitchen has an integrated oven with grill, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Plenty of space to cook or prepare that perfect meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everything for the kitchen you would ever need is provided pots, pans, cutlery, glasses etc.

The dining table is also situated in the kitchen which means you can see what's cooking or see what’s going on in the lounge or outside, watch the TV or aimlessly gaze out of the huge patio doors at the lake.

Outside is a luxurious square hot tub with lounger, waterfalls and coloured lighting just lay back and unwind with the spectacular view: The very large wrap around UPVc Veranda with glass panels just adds to this already gorgeous lodge plus to top it off we have rattan patio furniture with a separate patio table and chairs further down the extensive garden so you can enjoy the beautiful view this lodge has to offer. Please ensure that the hot tub cover is put on after use. Also, ensure that you read the guidelines for using the hot tub as these are there for your safety and others.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed and upholstered high headboard. Side cabinets with lamps. Walk in wardrobe with drawers and compartments inside. Power sockets. Central heating radiator. Large mirror and a wall mounted 40" Smart TV.
En-Suite has a bath with power shower, vanity sink and WC, and mirror plus tall gloss cabinet. With decorative shelving and chrome finished radiator.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a bedside cabinet, power sockets and central heating radiator. Single wardrobe, and also a small desk with drawers and mirror plus a wall mounted 24" smart TV. Very spacious room.

The main bathroom has a large shower enclosure with power shower, vanity sink and WC, a mirror and decorative shelving plus central heating radiator.

Tea, coffee, sugar will be left at the caravan but please bring your own just in case. A travel cot is their for you to use which is in the walk in wardrobe and the bedding for the pull out bed is under the master bed.

You will find a hoover, mop, sweeping brush for you to use during your stay. A few cleaning materials will be left just in case you need them.

Guest access
NO access for guests to both sheds outside the accommodation.

It is a secure site with access via the main park gates. There is a parking space for 2 cars next to the caravan.
Please, follow directions as instructed by the host on booking.
Also, there is other on-site parking also available for additional vehicles.

We are pet friendly and allow up to two well behaved dogs to stay with our Guests. We ask that pets are not left unattended at any time, pets are not allowed on the furniture, bedrooms and hot tub. There is a £15 surcharge (per pet) for a pet staying with our guests, this covers the cost of a professional carpet clean after your stay.

Our mini lodge is cleaned to a very high standard for your arrival, we ask guests to leave it in a similar condition on check out. We ask that guests respect our holiday home and our possessions that we leave for you to use during your stay.

Our Lodge is family friendly accommodation, we do not allow smoking or vaping indoors.

Early/Late check in/out might be available upon request (extra charge will apply).
Normally check in is from 3PM and check out by 10AM.

Entertainment passes are not included into your booking price, but can be purchased by myself (at an extra cost) from Away Resorts - Tattershall lakes county park upon request (prices will vary).

We advice all our guests to pre-book activities and tables in advance of stay to avoid disappointment.
