Mallard Cottage, Ashlin Farm Barns

Mallard Cottage is one of six architect-designed barns, overlooking a beautiful lake. Situated on a country lane, yet just ten minutes from the vibrant city of Lincoln with its heritage, boutique shopping and nightlife, it maintains the very attractive rural exterior with its own large private garden with hot tub, outdoor hot shower and barbecue. Relax and unwind in the lovely country garden and take in the wildlife on the lake, enjoying alfresco meals prepared on the barbecue or a night cap under the stars. Mallard Cottage has south, east and west aspects, so you can make the most of the sunshine as it makes its way across the Lincolnshire skies.

The stylish open plan interior is spacious, warm and designed in a contemporary style for your comfort and relaxation. There is underfloor heating and the sofas are deep and comfortable. The dining table easily seats six and the kitchen area has everything you need from washing machine and tumble dryer to drinks cooler. There are three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor and all individually designed, each with an en-suite. We are a family enterprise and live nearby.
