This stunning top of the range indulgence lakeside lodge i3 is situated on the Lancaster a peaceful fishing lake With a private peg , which is a well stocked fishing lake with outstanding views , this open plan spacious double sided lodge is a swift destiny lodge exclusively built especially for Tattershall lakes.

It’s 20×42 feet in size , residential specification so has a dishwasher , washing machine, with the added extras of wine cooler, wireless charging points in all bedrooms & the kitchen, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed with en suite w.c and large shower ,the second bedroom has 2 full size single beds , the third bedroom has 3 quirky full size single platform bunk beds so sleeps 7 guests, well equipped for little ones with high chair & travel cot provided, there is a family bathroom with a bath & shower and w.c, private WiFi and wall mounted TVs in all bedrooms, the patio doors open onto a large veranda with a huge square hot tub with spotlights and outside seating

Layout

The 3 bedroom lodge is open plan high end luxury Indulgence lodge with a fully equipped kitchen, wine cooler, dishwasher, utility with washing machine, large dining table with bench style seating, breakfast bar with bar stool seating, the living area has wall mounted smart tv, electric fire, plenty of seating with the patio doors and views on to Lancaster fishing lake, the hallway leads on to the above family bathrooms and bedrooms


Sleeping Arrangements

This beautiful lodge has 3 bedrooms with master bedroom having a kingside bed with en suite with large shower , W.C, glass wardrobes, tv , the second twin bedroom has 2 full size single beds with tv, the third bedroom has 3 quickly platform full size bunk beds with a tv, there is an additional family bathroom with bath & shower
There is a travel cot and high chair for your use, please clean and place back to the original place ( no baby bedding is provided

All guests booked in beds will be freshly made for arrival (please strip beds after use and place used laundry in the laundry bags provided / do not mix colours)

**please do NOT forget all guests towels for use outside of the lodge for the hot tub / swimming if your planning on using the facilities

Lincolnshire is one of the largest counties in the country. Here we find miles of beautiful green hills and countryside an area locally known as the "Wolds" This stretches from some extremely historic towns and villages all the way to seaside towns such as Mablethorpe, Chapel St Leanards, Ingoldmels, Skegness and more coastal villages. It is also the home of the beautiful historic City of Lincoln with its fantastic Castle and Old Prison which is definately worth a visit along with the Cathedral which stands extremely proud dominating the Lincoln City Skyline. From the top of the Castle tower on a clear day you can even see the town of Boston (The Boston Stump) many miles way, not for the feint hearted. There are many attractions both indoor and outdoor both in Tatterahll Lakes and also in close proximity of Tattershall.
