Cascade Falls Relaxation at the PemiCabins

Motel-style studio neighboring Echo Lake, updated with a Helix queen hospitality mattress and a 35" TV. The back-wall kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, dishes/utensils, plus a counter with barstools for meals. Full bath with tub/shower, towels, and toiletries. Heated year-round with window A/C for summer. Practical, compact, and comfortable for two.

Cascade Falls is a newly renovated (Summer 2024) motel-style unit, located on the side of the main house at Pemi Cabins and neighboring Unit #16. While not directly on the river, this updated studio cabin provides easy access to the property’s outdoor communal spaces and all the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

One queen-sized bed with a Helix-branded hospitality mattress, fresh linens, and built-in bookcases framing the sleeping area.

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combination, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

Cozy space with a 35" cable TV and a small dining table. The unit includes heating for year-round comfort and a window air conditioning unit to keep cool in the summer months.

**Kitchenette:**

The kitchenette runs along the back wall, featuring a mini-fridge, two-burner electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and the necessary utensils and dishes for cooking and dining. A countertop with barstools provides a convenient spot for meals or morning coffee.

**Property Amenities:**

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.

Pemi Cabins is located directly on Route 3, across from Whale's Tale Waterpark. Flume Gorge is approximately 1.5 miles away, with Cannon Mountain and Loon Mountain ski areas just 7 and 5 miles away, respectively - well situated for year-round outdoor adventures in the White Mountains.
