Blue Iris Cottage, Ashlin Farm Barns

Situated in rural Lincolnshire countryside, yet just a ten minute drive from the vibrant city of Lincoln with its heritage, history, boutiques and nightlife. As you approach along a country lane you will see that the barns have been sympathetically designed to fit comfortably into the rural landscape with an attractive quality finish and spacious private gardens. Your hot tub, hot outdoor shower, alfresco kitchen and dining area with large barbecue are completely private and provide the perfect area for relaxing with family and friends. Blue Iris Cottage has a beautiful, large garden with east, south and west aspects and stunning views across the lake. Pets are welcome in this barn.

When you enter the barn from the garden, through the bifold doors you know you are on holiday. The contemporary, spacious and comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming. The kitchen is very well-stocked to accommodate six people and has everything you need from the washing machine and tumble-dryer, fridge and freezer to the drinks cooler. There is a large dining area and spacious yet cosy seating area overlooking the country style garden. There are three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor. All bedrooms are individually styled and en suite.
