This is the 3rd time we have stayed in mecure Spa Hotel this year and not once have we been able to use the spa facilities, very disappointed, we even tried booking in advance.

Unable to get into room.

Key card didn't work. Kept reporting it. Nothing done. Had to rely on housekeeping to let us in every time. Made it so u darnt go out. Coz u had so much trouble getting back in.

Convenient and friendly

Pros: Location, layout and most of the staff.
Cons: Coffee! The coffee from the machine in the bar was fine but that emanating from the kitchen was pretty dire - looked and tasted like tar!
Location: Well placed for anything in the Lincoln area; especially since it was placed on the bypass to enable a quick getaway to more distant locations.
Wanting to stay in Lincoln but not in the city? This hotel is ideally placed for a 10 minute car journey (roadworks permitting) or a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre. The staff were mainly efficient and friendly (though the breakfast serving staff could appear a bit surly at times) and the hotel was kept very clean and tidy. There was a wedding taking place when we were there but the other guests were still well provided for.
