We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful, clean home. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and being pet-friendly made it even better for us. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place—you definitely won’t regret it!

Absolutely beautiful property. Extremely comfortable. Every amenity you could ask for in the kitchen. The only negative comment I have is that the two king beds are too large for the spaces. The lack of side tables was a struggle. Would be nicer to have queens with night stands. Awkward to be shoved up against the wall in a king bed.

Memorable Family Vacation at Turtle Dove Cove

I recently stayed at Turtle Dove Cove for a weekend getaway to celebrate getting a new job. I was there with my partner, sister, and mom, and we all had a wonderful time! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Everyone got their own comfy bedroom, the upstairs living room was great for playing card games and watching movies (plus, the view of the ocean was amazing!), and we loved the spacious kitchen and eating dinner together at the large round dining table. The hot tub was the perfect temperature, and was clean and welcoming. I wish we were there for more nights to enjoy it! The game room was a fun addition, though we stayed so busy with other activities, that we managed to only fit in one round of air hockey and Ms Pac-Man. We were within walking distance of the beach and the main street full of shops, so it was an ideal location close to all Lincoln City has to offer. We will definitely visit again -- this was such a lovely stay!

Great place! Wonderful location with an easy walk to the beach and a charming game room full of fun activities for teens and families. We enjoyed a partial ocean view from the top-floor living room, which was a nice bonus and the hot tub on the first-floor patio was great!We feel TERRIBLE about accidentally breaking the garage door that leads into the game-room-converted garage. I’d recommend adding a small sign reminding guests to check the manual lock before pressing the automatic opener on the wall. My husband had set the manual lock and didn’t mention it, and it's not easily visible, so when I used the wall opener the next morning, the door came off the track and needed repair. We’re very responsible VRBO guests, and this has never happened to us—so a simple reminder sign would easily prevent something like this from happening again.Overall, our stay was wonderful. Being able to bring all three of our dogs—one of the few places that allows that with an extra deposit—made it even better. We would happily stay again…and promise not to break the garage door next time. Please accept our sincere apologies!
