Amazing Top Floor Oceanfront Suite - Pool and Sauna - Sleeps 4!

Summary:

'Finders Keepers' is what we call this amazing top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a queen size Murphy bed, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window! If the weather is stormy, stay inside on the recliner and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Sea Gypsy No. 316, which we call "Finders Keepers," is a third-floor condo that enjoys an incredible view of the coastline. It sleeps 4 in two separate sleeping areas with a full kitchen and two full bathrooms.



Unit 316 is perched on the Sea Gypsy's third floor near the center of our property. This condo just oozes cozy. It’s warm and inviting decor will just add to the soothing view you get from this upper level unit.



The master bedroom has a private entry, a full bathroom, and a very comfortable queen bed. In the oceanside suite, there is also an equally cozy full murphy bed. Take a couples trip and don't worry about privacy, you can absolutely have a fun getaway as a group but also get private couple time in the evening. Let the ocean rock you to sleep with the soothing sounds of the waves lapping up on the shore. Open wide the oceanfront picture windows so you have that cool ocean breeze and that amazing sound. It’s better than any other form of sleep aid we can think of!



The full kitchen comes with most amenities you’d expect to find, including a four-burner stovetop, a large microwave, decent-sized fridge, and most utensils and cookware you’d expect to find in Wolfgang Puck's kitchen. Nothing better than cooking breakfast while staring out at the mighty Pacific Ocean!



Whether you are coming for summer fun in the sun, or a winter storm watch excursion, this condo and the Sea Gypsy location will not disappoint. Take advantage of our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna on those rainy days. On the gorgeous sunny days take a stroll right on our beach and explore the famous D River, the smallest river in the world that is just steps from our property. Look no further for your home away from home beach destination. "Finders Keepers" will be talked about in your family memories for years to come.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
