This newly built 3-story beach house offers every comfort for an unforgettable getaway with lofted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, thoughtfully decorated and well-appointed rooms, and stunning ocean and forest views.

The spacious open concept floor plan is perfect for lounging and gathering with sublime views, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, gas fireplace, a sleek fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances like a Miele espresso maker, and a dining table nook that seats 12. Additional amenities include an entertainment system, Netflix, Xbox, high-speed internet, game room, and a gas BBQ.

After a day of hiking the trails, playing on the nearby beach, or shopping at the outlet mall, guests will love returning to regroup and relax with a soak in the private hot tub, or gathering on the deck to watch the sun set over the glimmering Pacific Ocean.

Great location. Very roomy. Decently stocked, could do with a larger grill and some bigger pots/pans, especially for 12 guests. Make sure to bring your own kitchen cleaning supplies (dishwasher pods, hand soap, etc.)

Relaxing Vacation

Our family loves going to Olivia Beach and I think we have found our new go to spot. Had a relaxing and fun vacation. Love the kitchen and how open the home was.

Just ok

I want to say only good things about this stay but in reality what was meant to be a short stress free one night getaway was quite the opposite. It took us over an hour to gain entry to the home. We called every phone number we could find associated with the company that hosts the home and no one answered. We left voicemails and even messaged through the VRBO website. The code was set to the door but the actual door handle was locked and we weren't given the code for the lock box for the physical key so we couldn't get in. Another issue was the house had so so many bugs/flying ants. Just a few would have been fine but they were everywhere. We happened to stay the night on what is likely the hottest day of the year and the home does not have AC. Along with that, the fireplace was pushing out hot air even when the remote thermostat was set to off. The house stayed at 78-80° the whole time we were there which was luckily only one night. The house itself was beautiful and well stocked with dishes, utensils and linens. It was fairly clean, although the white chair covers were stained and should be deep cleaned or replaced. The beds were comfortable and clean but the twin bunk was not made up, just simply had the bedding set on them almost like they were just forgotten. Over all my family enjoyed the stay as a whole but the company that hosted definitely could/should have done better.
