As you enter, you're greeted by a kaleidoscope of colors and a vibe straight out of a beach party. The king bed calls to you with its siren song, beckoning you to sink into its depths after a day of soaking up the sun, while two futons stand ready to accommodate your squad's slumber party dreams.



Got a case of the midnight munchies? Fear not! The fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. Whip up some tasty snacks or mix up a batch of cocktails to sip by the large picture window as you watch the waves dance in the moonlight.



If you want to enjoy some of the top notch amenities that the Sea Gypsy has on offer spend some time in our heated indoor salt water pool and sauna. Or make use of the two gas grills, which can be found near the pool area.



So grab your shades, slip into your flip-flops, and get ready to groove with the waves at the "Groovy Mermaid"—where every stay is a trip back in time to the heyday of beachside bliss!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
