The Space:

Boasting some of the best ocean views in Lincoln City, this spacious coastal retreat is just waiting to assist in making the best memories with loved ones. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a bright interior with views of the water from nearly every room, modern furnishings, and a wonderful deck featuring a private hot tub to soak in bliss each night. After full days on the sand or exploring town, downtime at home base will be a blast with the game room in the garage complete with a ping-pong table, foosball table, flatscreen TV, and home gym! When everyone builds up an appetite, the chef of the group will be in paradise with the gourmet kitchen complete with a gas range, high-end espresso machine, stainless steel appliances, island bar seating, and all of the tools needed to whip up tasty meals. And, everyone will love sitting at the spacious dining table or kicking back in the living area on the plush sofa for casual movie nights with the whole gang.



This home is comprised of three spacious floors, so no one will have trouble finding their own piece of paradise. The lowest floor is home to two bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, the laundry room, and a desk for remote work. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining with the kitchen, main living room, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The top floor will be a hit for the kiddos, as one bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, a flatscreen TV with a gaming console, and a sofa. The last bedroom has a king bed, wonderful sunroom, mounted flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub.



What's nearby:

The beach is mere steps away, so be sure to make a fresh cup of coffee and bring the dogs down to the beach to start the morning on the right note. When you want to venture out a bit further, a plethora of restaurants, a local theater, and shops are also nearby. Neslcott Beach and the Neslcott shopping district are also great attractions that will be perfect for the whole family. Plus, the heart of town is less than two miles north.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. In fact this was one of the most well thought out, well equipped properties we’ve stayed in. Every room was stocked with everything one would need, beds were very comfortable, there were TVs in every room with ample streaming options, plenty of seating for our group in the common area, and absolutely amazing views from that area and the deck! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, and plenty of space to just lounge around. A bit of a walk to the beach, the adults walked but littles had to be driven down. Great family weekend!

This is an extremely pleasant house and our second time as a family staying here. The kitchen/dining area is great for fellowship and there is a lot of room. I had a concern about the refrigerator (which was my mistake - there was nothing wrong) and the staff were both responsive and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Enjoyed this home very much, was well supplied with towel, silverware, toilet tissue, paper towels. The view was amazing so nice to have when it was raining. The bed’s & bedding were comfortable & plenty of room for our group.

Best Place in Lincoln City!!

This house is perfect!!! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Had everything you would ever need. Lots of towels, beach chairs/toys, game room, kitchen fully stocked of everything to cook with. Very clean for a pet friendly home. Air purifiers in every room along with TVs, with streaming. It was a great walk to the beach, coming back there were stairs, but you have the option to drive if needed. We will be back here when ever in LC.

Great accommodations for family gathering. It felt like home away from home. Spacious with plenty of privacy. 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍 I did dock a star for 1 issue they knew about, but wasn’t fixed. We were affected by this, in a minor way. But still fix it, or leave a note.

Second time staying here, great property

Beautiful kitchen/pantry area, large table with plenty of seating for big groups. Master bedroom is huge, more than enough sleeping for 12+ people. Beach is a little bit of a hilly walk, but easy enough to access. Checkout time of 10AM is a little rough especially for large groups.

This wonderful house more than met our expectations. So comfortable for our party of 16 Individual space with a ocean view gathering place for times when everyone wanted to be together Long enough table for many to eat together Unbelievable kitchen with every item needed for cooking We used every amenity offered! So happy we discovered the place and will recommend it

Good for large families

We had a family reunion here recently and all thought the house was great. The house is large, with ample beds including for the dogs, the kitchen has everything you could possibly want, everything has a label and is easy to find. There’s lots to do with beach things, games, the ping pong table and more. They really have thought of everything. My only warnings would be
 it is difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood as streets are camped and one way, and while you CAN walk to the beach it’s requires climbing up and down a very long, steep set of stairs. And there is no AC in this house. We found the top floor to be rather warm at times, and we visited in October. I would worry it would get pretty uncomfortable in the summer. And lastly, any adults needing to use any of the twin sized beds should be warned
 you’re not likely to have a great nights sleep. Kids would probably do fine, but every adult who had a twin felt their mattress was in need of replacing. Overall we loved this house and would stay again

A nice big house with a view

12 senior women were all fairly comfortable in this lovely home. The bedroom with bunks would have worked better with regular beds for old ladies but would be fine for kids.

Wonderful house!

We had a group of family get together at the coast and stayed in this wonderful house. It accommodated all of us very well and the location was perfect for walks on the beach. We hope to be back in the future!

A comfortable stay

While the house was a nice place to visit, comfortable and clean, the management did a great job at personal and professional communication. The view was wonderful, the rooms were larger in person than what the pictures showed, and we would choose the house again because of our experience!

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time at this property. The photos are accurate to the experience, the beds were comfy and the view was great. Unfortunately the second two days we were there we were a little socked in by fog, but that is the coast. There was a piece of the gutter that fell off the building while we were there, and thankfully it didn't hit a car, but management was quickly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay there again.

Fabulous home with great views

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay in this home. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own bedroom. The home was very clean and organized! The hot tub was very clean. We had everything we needed and wanted. The only disappointing thing was the gas grill. It was very dirty and old and needs to be replaced with a new grill. We tried to grill chicken wings and the center part of the grill wasn't working so we had to grill around the outside edges. All in all we highly recommend a stay at this home and we would come back again.

Beautiful home, but not what we booked.

The home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We specifically booked this property for the view of the ocean and the hot tub. Prior to arrival we were notified that the oven was no longer in service. We were compensated for this inconvenience. Upon arriving to the property we noticed that the hot tub water was dirty and green and the water level was very low. It was apparent that no one had looked inside the hot tub for quite some time. We notified Vacasa right away and about 24 hours later, and multiple phone calls and text messages with several different people, a technician arrive to confirm what we already knew to be true, which was that the hot tub was in need of repair. Vacasa also compensated us for this issue but clearly no one was inspecting the hot tub between rentals. We were the coordinators for the property management company with their technician.
