Really beautiful place, very convenient to Lincoln City, plenty of parking, and elevator access. From booking to checking out, the hosts were very helpful, and we had zero issues with the experience. The view is lovely, and the close access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but nothing that will keep us from returning to this property again soon.

The view was spectacular. The location was perfect the amenities were spot on, the place was very comfortable, with the exception that the upstairs neighbor was remodeling I think probably reflooring their unit. A lot of construction noise for most of the day light hours.

A wonderful gem of a spot. This is probably the best value I have ever gotten in my vacation rental history. The location was perfect, right near all the things we wanted to do. The property was very clean and quiet. We loved the reclining chairs in the living room and found ourselves watching the tides from then on more than one occasion. I would recommend this place to anyone and consider coming back myself the next time we’re in Lincoln City.

We were pleasantly surprised and had a great stay. However, do not leave even a crumb any place because there is a big ant problem. Make sure you put everything away. Also I suggest you put screens up on the deck so the swallows don’t make such a mess. Great views of the bay and really a wonderful place to stay.

This condo is in amazing location! It’s right on the bay with a 5 minute walk to the ocean. The view is spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and appliances. Even had a small keurig! My small and only complaint is that the bedding was a little worn ( ripped) and the pillows had a slight musty smell. We brought our own so that wasn’t a problem. Opening the window helped air out the bedroom. With that we would definitely stay here again!
