The building is called: "Leuro". Comfortable, modern, furnished, safe and central accommodation in Miraflores close to all businesses, supermarkets, clothing stores, spas and restaurants. It is independent with free entry and exit access.
The apartment is rented complete, it consists of a well-lit, equipped, furnished and distributed environment. It has the basic facilities for your comfort. It offers surveillance from 7 pm to 7 am. At the entrance to the first floor there is a camera that monitors the administration of the building there are also cameras at the entrance door of the second floor door (hallway), a double bed, a closet, a 42" Smart TV (does not have cable channels or local channels), refrigerator, two-burner gas stove. The bathroom has towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, dryer hair, mirror and has hot water in the shower. It has two chairs, a work table.
The kitchen has small appliances (blender, electric coffee maker, kettle), two-burner gas stove, microwave. It is equipped with kitchenware: plates, glasses, pots, pans, among other essential basic utensils. It also includes salt, sugar, oil. Offers Wi Fi throughout the area.

GUEST ACCESS:

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building (measures 20 m2). It does NOT have an elevator. Entry to the apartment is independent and autonomous arrival using keys (key collection at the lock box, the key will be sent in a timely manner). Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am (if you wish to extend your stay or arrive earlier, coordinate in advance).

ADDITIONAL COST SERVICE:

Pick-up mobility from/to the airport (July) and transfers.
