Room #4: This small room has one twin bed, a blanket for the colder months, a nightstand, and a private bathroom.

All areas have fans, hot water, internet access throughout the apartment, and good ventilation and lighting.

The building has a main reception area with 24-hour security, and the entire building is equipped with security cameras.

In addition, it has two elevators and an emergency staircase with a fire door and fire extinguishers on each floor.
