Recently upgraded with full AC and beautifully furnished throughout, this private getaway features both an upper level and lower level unit each featuring two bedrooms with an open floor plan, breathtaking views overlooking Kalapaki Bay and Nawiliwili Harbor, modern kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms with Smart TVs.

Fully appointed kitchens each including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Upper unit master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, seating area overlooking the bay, and access to the walk-out balcony. Lower unit master features a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and Smart HDTV.

Spacious living rooms include a comfy sofa ( a sleeper sofa is available in the upper unit for additional sleeping accommodations), Smart TVs, private walk out balcony with lounge furniture, laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Please note that these are two separate units with no interior door between the two, the units have been depicted in the captions of the photos. Guests will need to walk outside to the exterior door of each.

When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Please note that as this property is located cliffside on the oceanfront it requires use of stairs to access the home. In order to access Kalapaki Beach and the nearby resorts take the sidewalk past the front gate and look for the elevator down the path to your left.

Please use electricity and water responsibly and be sure to turn off the AC while you are away from the home. The weather in Kauai is mild and beautiful year round and the home is equipped with an excellent AC system that will immediately cool to your liking when turned on, however, if left on unnecessarily while you are away the electricity cost is substantial. Unbelievable views

I would rate this stay as a 10. I have been coming to Hawaii for 10 years. This is first time to Kauai. The location was absolutely amazing. My favorite by far. The house was a little dated but functioned so well for a large group. I would recommend this for anyone with kids and adults. Plenty to do for both.

Amazing Property!!!

This property met all of our expectations! It had everything we needed: amazing views on the all the balconies, lots of living spaces to congregate, spacious bedrooms, kitchens stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, coolers, and washers and dryers! The host was very easy to contact and got back to me very quickly when I had questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful View and Lanai

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, great views, beautiful lanai to hang out on. Just a couple of problems. There was an electric grill and gas grill but the gas grill had two empty propane tanks. We contacted property mgmt and were told we were responsible for propane. A little tough when we're from out of town and we want to spend our time vacationing. Another note is that the property is split into 2 separate 2 bedroom spaces. I didn't realize that you could not move between the two spaces internally. You have to walk around the outside between the two. Not a big problem, just not what I understood. Otherwise it was a really nice place. Furniture on lanai dries really quickly which was nice because it rained most nights but I could still sit outside in the morning. Clean and great response from the property mgmt team. But stairs are steep since it's on a big cliff.

Amazing Location and Excellent Property

This place is Amazing - it's the one you are looking for. It is spacious enough to travel with friends / family and is newly renovated. Full kitchen in the upstairs and downstairs units and a total of 3 floors. Each room has its own AC unit, which cools down the house quickly. Plenty of bathrooms as well. There are multiple balconies that overlook the bay with a lot of space to relax and enjoy the views. We were able to see turtles and large schools of fish from the balcony. The space was clean and well taken care of, the property manager is really responsive via text or phone which was much appreciated. The property is located near the airport and quite literally next door to the Royal Sonesta (previously Marriott) with elevator access to the beach. We were able to do surf lessons and rented a paddle board at the Royal Sonesta - I believe they have kayaks as well. A quick 20/30 minute drive will get you to Poipu or Kapa'a for those amazing beach days. There is plenty of shopping near by as well as restaurants, coffee shops, and both Target and Costco very close by. Parking is very easy out front with room for a few cars in front of the property (it's located on a private street) and additional beach parking is in front of the unit as well. Trash is picked up daily and it was very easy to keep the unit clean. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back, thank you for having us!
