11 Days in Paradise

327 is beautiful, clean, has a spectacular view and is overall a phenominal place to stay. We loved breakfasts on the lanai and the uncluttered living room. The only thing that could make it any better is if we owned it ;-)

Beautiful Views

The property is located in an ideal location and has amazing views. The interior is outdated but we were aware of this based on pictures and our priority was location. We were disappointed that we did not have proper bedding for the pull-out couch when we arrived but this was rectified the next day. We enjoyed being close to Lydgate Beach as the kids snorkeled in the enclosed area.

Awesome ocean view

This condo & property was better than the photos showed. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful! We loved it! The kitchen was well equipped & we cooked breakfast everyday. We also used one of the grills nearby & made dinner. The condo had a boogie board, camping chairs & small cooler which we used at the beaches. The location was really good as we were able to explore the south & north shores easily with our rental car. One thing that we didn't care for was the roosters that roam free would start crowing at 4-5 am! So we would have to close the windows as there is no AC but it was cool enough to not have them open by then. I was worried about no AC but the ocean breeze would cool the inside pretty good. I would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional View, Location, and Quite Place

This rental is exceptional. Excellent uninterrupted view, quiet, away from touristy area yet close to town, great location!! Highly recommend staying here. We will be coming back here again, 6 nights wasn’t enough.

Wonderful Stay

What an amazing place to stay! We were on the 3rd floor and had a breath-taking view of the beach and waves. The balcony was large with a table and chairs along with two lounge chairs. The kitchen was well furnished with utensils we needed. The bed was comfortable and the one and half baths came in handy when we were getting ready to go out. The condo was spacious and decorated nicely. There was no elevator, so we had to walk up three flights to the condo. Our corner unit overlooked the huge lawn that always had chickens and cats walking around. There is a very nice sidewalk that runs along the beach. A short walk away is Lydgate Beach Park which has sandy beaches and a great snorkeling area. The condo is also located close to town, shopping, and dining. The central location also makes it easy to get to either side of the island.

Review

The property and room and view were outstanding. Everything we looked for. The woman in the main office did not have good PR skills at all. She was verbally short, often waiting about 10-15 seconds upon entering the building before she ackowledged us. When asked a question, she was often vague and sometimes not even helpful. This would not keep me from staying here again but hopefully she is provided some guidance on the importance of PR skills.

Our favorite place to stay on Kauai

This was our third stay at this unit at Kaha Lani, and we are looking forward to coming back again. The morning sunrises out the expansive ocean front windows couldn't be better, and the location is close in but quietly tucked away surrounded by parks. The condo has all the amenities and one of the prettiest beaches right outside your door.

We love staying at Kaha Lani

This was our sixth time staying at Kaha Lani and unit 327 has one of the best locations within the complex. It is close to the water with a third floor view and good privacy. It is nicely decorated and has everything we needed for a great 10 day stay. Hope to be able to stay there again next year!

Full Ocean View!

I enjoyed my time in this condo! The best part was the full 180 degrees of ocean views!! I pretty much only slept there and drank my morning coffee there and then went out to explore the island, so this place was perfect. I hope to return one day.

Great Condo

This condo is on the top (third) floor, all the way at the end of the complex. It overlooks a little green lawn, and then the beach is right there. Amazing views! The condo's style is a touch dated, but was perfectly clean, fully stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable, with a great deck outside. The location is excellent as well, close to the airport, Lihue, etc. I highly recommend this property.
