The views are incredible, and the elevator down to the Royal Sonesta made beach and pool amenities very easy to access! The ResortPass access was easy to do, but a little spendy, I wish there was a credit included with the listing. Such a beautiful property, I definitely recommend it!

This place was amazing! We were convenient to every place we wanted to go on the island. We could easily get to Waimea and beat the crowds, to Sleeping Giant for a sunrise hike, and it was an easy drive to the north side to spend time at Anini Beach. The view is amazing, and we looked forward to coming back each evening to watch the sun set over the mountains.

The house fit our family of 9 beautifully-lots of space to spread out & be comfy! Our family typically prefers eating in & this kitchen was ideal for that. It was well stocked to accommodate lots of cooking-plus lots of extra garbage bags & dishwasher pods helped, too. Loved the fabulous view & watching the sea turtles right below - even saw some stingrays & spinner dolphins! Both the host & manager were wonderful to respond quickly or answer any of our questions.

Fantastic Space & Location

We loved this condo....a private bedroom for each of us (3) great views off the balconies...sea turtles, surfers, the bay and beach, rainbows everyday before us, perfect location: could walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping, booked the Royal Sonesta Resort pool when needed, beach just a short walk away and plenty of chairs, etc for lugging to the beach....great stay for our 70th birthdays!

Beautiful location!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this beautiful property! The location was perfect! The views were amazing!! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were super comfy! The only issue we had was upon arrival we were notified that the air conditioning was broken in the main part of the house but they had already set up 2 portable units to keep things cool so it wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning Views, Great Location, Perfect Space!

We loved our stay with our family here in Lihue. It was a centralized location to be able to get out and explore the island, but still had walkable restaurants, gym(KAC), and the beach. The space was perfect as each room had its own onsuite bathroom which allowed for some privacy when needed. Kendra was great and accommodating! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience- oh and that view!!!

Stay in Lihue

We love staying at this location - I have rented this spot three times. The location of the property cannot be beat - it is central to everything one may want to do on Kauai, but also has plenty of local/walkable amenities. The living space is a great place to spend time with family with a large amount of space, wide open windows and views. Louise and Kendra are responsive to any issues that may arise.

Amazing!

This property was absolutely wonderful! The views were stunning and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was lovely being able to walk down to the beach and the access to all their beach toys was lovely. I do wish there was a remote for the garage to be able to pull in & out of with ease instead of having to jump out of the car to run and open/close the garage. And oddly enough non of the slider doors seemed to lock but we felt safe enough that we didn’t let it bother us too much. Overall, I would 100% stay here again! It was absolutely amazing!

Amazing vacation home!

This house is incredible. Perfect for our family of six. Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Sand toys/flippers/wagon to carry your beach chairs. Even a cooler. The location is perfect, so much so we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we came back.

Gorgeous place right on Kalapaki Beach

The property was amazing! Very spacious for a family of 7, great views, walking distance to the beach, modern and clean. The beach was kid friendly as it was protected by a barrier. The house had water shoes, snorkel, boogie boards, etc. The location was absolutely perfect. Did I mention the views? Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property pictures look beautiful, but they don't even do the house justice. The views are amazing. The house had everything we needed and then some. The setting on the bay is perfect. Easy access to restaurants. You basically feel like part of the resort but you’re not. Beautiful way to wake up and go to sleep each night, listening to the waves of the ocean

This beautiful condo is perfectly located with access to a pretty beach, a golf course, great food and long walking paths. We loved every minute of our stay. The location is great for exploring the whole island. The condo itself is modern, spacious and has every amenity you need. Huge bathrooms, bedrooms and tall ceilings with a lovely view of the beach, an active harbor and nearby mountains. We enjoyed our too brief family vacation and would love to return!

Amazing property with a great location!

This house was great for our extended family coming together. The rooms were spacious and the views were unmatched. It was a quick walk to the beach, golfing and other lovely views. We would definitely stay here again as Louise and Kendra, the property owner and manager were incredibly helpful attentive and made our stay better. We hope to come back again!
