Whether you are looking for an adventure-filled visit to Kauai or a peaceful retreat to recharge your senses, this is the place for you! Situated only five miles from Lihue Airport sits this wonderful vacation get-away within the Kauai Beach Villas.

This fully-functional, one-bedroom two-bath villa, has been recently updated to accommodate all your needs. A comfortable Murphy bed allows two extra guests to sleep comfortably while having access to their own private bathroom.

The spacious lanai with a stunning view of the lagoon is just the place you will want to enjoy your coffee in the morning and Mai Tai in the evening. The beach is but a few minutes walk and the conveniently located barbecues are situated throughout the park-like grounds.

Located adjacent to the Villas is the lush Kauai Beach Resort which allows our guests unrestricted use of the beautiful pools and hot tubs along with the food and drink venues. Tennis courts are also available to our guests.

Very nice, clean condo. Great having 2 bathrooms, lots of space, well equipped and very nice lay out. It is located in a good location, close to town. The host was easy to communicate with, very prompt with replies.Just a couple of negatives. The front door was in very bad condition, damaged by weather. Host did say this is getting replaced. Also, none of the barbecues in the area down by the pool were operational, not usable at all. Otherwise, it is a very nice unit. Mahalo!

Host was great. Accommodating when we cane across issues. Quick to respond to messages. Local manager was also helpful. It was a bummer that the property was changing management. The pool area was not up and running. No hot tub, and the bathrooms were not usable, however we were able to use the pools and hot tubs at the Outrigger next door. The place was a little outdated, but we didn't spend a lot of time indoors anyway! The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed, plus more!! The Murphy bed was nice, however the only AC is in the bedroom so it stays pretty warm in the living room.

We absolutely love staying here. The entire place is wonderful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a home away from home. In fact, we call it our second home. We have made this our annual Kauai stay as we impatiently return every year - it truly says everything about how special this place is to us. Additionally, the entire place is thoughtfully equipped with everything we need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptional- responsive and truly attentive. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.Mahalo!

This unit was a perfect place to stay for 2 weeks. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and boogey boards. Note that there are 29 stairs to the unit without an elevator but didn't bother us. We really appreciated the washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom air conditioner and comfy bed made it great for sleeping. Loved having our coffee on the spacious deck overlooking the pool and lagoon. It was fun having access to the pools at the outrigger. This location was perfect to go either north or south. Definitely would stay again

Right off the bat - I think it’s fair to state that this place is difficult for a group of 4 adult people to sleep comfortably. We did it because there was not a lot of options available and it said it could fit 4. The main reason as to why it was uncomfortable is because the “AC unit” is essentially only working in one room (the main bedroom). This makes a comfortable stay for a couples getaway but difficult fitting anything more than that. I think the AC unit being closer to a glorified fan system and part of the AC vent being detached when we got there - is the only drawback our group had. In the main bedroom it was still cool enough to sleep once we got settled (around 69-72 degrees). All the appliances were working, water was hot / cold and the area and location around it were perfect (the pools, and beaches) Overall, if the AC system is fixed or upgraded, it would have been a perfect stay.

First of all the unit had no wash or dryer. I can to take my stuff to brother-in-law unit to wash stuff. Second of all no instructions on place to empty trash. You are confined to your bedroom to get out of the heat. The central ac other units had was taken out and replaced with a portable unit only cools bedroom. Three stairs up to get to your room.no elevator. No grill as was stated. To not follow this check in instructions as are wrong. On them it tell you if lose wrist band you forfeit your refund. Call VRBO before I when this it’s not true and just use wrist bands. As the gentleman stated he have no idea how VRBO works. Be careful what this power stats or tells you.

Schöne 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung in Ferienanlage

Das 2-Zimmer Appartment ist sehr schön mit großem Balkon und gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche. Wir haben gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen und einfach nur auf die grĂŒne Ferienanlage geschaut oder dort gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt oder zu Abend gegessen.Die Lage ist insgesamt ruhig. Durch die NĂ€he zum Flughafen fliegen immer wieder Flugzeuge nahe an der Ferienanlage vorbei. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, zumal Lihue keinen regen Flugbetrieb hat. FĂŒr uns war das eher spannend.Die Ferienanlage hat einen Pool und ist direkt am Meer gelegen, was wir aber weniger genutzt haben. Durch die zentrale Lage bei Lihue ist man schnell an allen Orten der Insel, was fĂŒr Unternehmungen und Wanderungen sehr hilfreich ist.

Up 29 Stairs, But Worth It!

Very central location, just a few miles north of the airport. Great communication. 1980s (?) property. We thought we wouldn't miss any air conditioning in the living area, but we did, and this was January. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Home Away From Home: Paradise Found

Our stay at this condo, hosted by Robert, was absolutely magical from the moment we first stepped inside last year, and then again this year!!! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable - and fully equipped! Robert is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive to our needs, and goes way above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A little bit of everything

3rd floor unit with great view of pool and pond. Unit very clean and well appointed. Bed and Murphy bed very comfortable with a/c in bedroom and fans for living area. Enjoyed the lanai in AM and evening, condo pool during day. Beach for sunrise and resort pool and tiki bar as well. Great location to access from Kapaa to Waimea Canyon before we headed to Princeville .Communication with owner and manager quick and responsive!. Close to Walmart, Costco and grocery stores to stock up!!

Our stay at Robert's place was great. It was close to a great pool with hot tub. There was a great view of the beautiful courtyard and pool. The Lihue location is central to anything you would want to do on Kauai

Kauai vacation

Propert was nice, pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Location was very good because it was equal distance to north side and south side of the island. Very close to the airport. If we had one complaint our bed was not very comfortable as we both have bad backs.
