There are two sublime bedrooms, with eye-catching and elegant wall crafts with Eastern origins which blend seamlessly with the exquisite linens and subtle colours. Bedroom one boasts a kingsize bed with plenty of storage space and striking en suite shower room, comprising a walk-in shower with rainfall feature. Bedroom two has twin beds and also its own en-suite bathroom. The patio overlooks fields where ponies quietly graze and is an excellent way to enjoy sunny days and evenings due to its southern positioning. Kick back on the refined garden furniture or maybe enjoy a tranquil soak in the wonderful hot tub.

The beauty of Roadford Lake is to be savoured, with its fantastic views and plethora of wildlife. There are many water-sport activities here, from kayaking to windsurfing with many walks and pathways to discover. Just half an hour distant is the magnificent Dartmoor National Park, with its million shades of green, meadows and valleys, breathtaking tors, rivers and streams. To the north lies the rugged coastline of Devon with its dramatic scenery whilst to the west lies some of the best beaches in Cornwall, including those of family friendly Bude, along with huge Widemouth Bay. Pass through atmospheric Bodmin Moor on the way to Padstow, where fabulous celebrity chef inspired restaurants serve up delicious seafood fayre, whilst a visit to the coastal villages of Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle are guaranteed to delight at every turn.
