🐴 Idyllically located holiday apartment on a horse farm for 2–6 People. Children and dogs welcome!
Connectivity: Excellent connection to the A6 motorway (Heilbronn/Nuremberg) exit Lichtenau, and to the B14 road (Ansbach\Nuremberg). Reachable by car in just a few minutes. It is only a 5-minute drive to Petersaurach Nord train station with S-Bahn (suburban train) connection. From there, you can reach the main station with U-Bahn (subway) distribution in the heart of Nuremberg in 20 minutes, or Ansbach, the administrative capital of Central Franconia, in just 15 minutes.
The apartment thus offers excellent transport links and the optimal mix between nocturnal peace and proximity to the cities of Nuremberg/Fürth and Ansbach, as well as the Franconian Lake District.
Apartment: Oasis of well-being has been created, where up to 6 people can leave the everyday behind. Your holiday begins here—here you can relax in the lovingly furnished rooms. For this purpose, 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds, and an additional sofa bed in the living room are available. If you enjoy cooking, it will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen! Everything is available, from a convection oven with an induction hob and extractor hood to a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Furthermore, a washing machine upon request (€5), a flat TV, and free Wi-Fi complete our offer. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area in front of the apartment that guests are welcome to use. A swedish stove (wood burner) provides cozy warmth even in the cold winter months, supported by the underfloor heating available throughout the apartment.
Our region is also worth a visit in winter. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Leisure Activities on the farm: for families/children, there is the possibility to use a communal garden upon request, which is also securely fenced so that your four-legged friend is well taken care of. In front of the property, there is a dog meadow with a dog-station for quick business. A grill can be used by arrangement. Children generally have the opportunity to ride a horse. This requires prior arrangement/scheduling.
Sights/Excursions: There is much to discover in the heart of Franconia—including the lakes Brombachsee, Altmühlsee, or Rothsee. The region boasts numerous excursion destinations for families. High ropes course with a flying fox at Brombachsee, Playmobil FunPark in Zirndorf, Nuremberg Zoo, and the Aquella leisure pool in Ansbach are just a few worthwhile destinations. The towns of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl, and Feuchtwangen are always worth a trip. Whether it's cycling tours along the Rezat river, stopping at the numerous beer gardens, or a relaxing rickshaw tour around the Altmühlsee—there is always something going on in our region.
