VILLA GELSOMINO - BELLAGIO AREA

Villa Gelsomino is located along the shores of Lake Como, "off the beaten track" of the popular Bellagio area but also close enough to it that it's only 10 minutes drive away. With panoramic lake views, private pool, an expansive garden and private access to the beach, the villa is the ideal place for your holiday.

The villa develops on four floors with the fourth floor closed off.

The entrance is located on the first floor of the house. Here, we have a twin bedroom with private terrace and lake views and en-suite bathroom with shower. Across the hall, we have a suite with a king sized bed, lounge area with sitting room and TV, balcony overlooking the lake, original 19th century fireplace, vanity room with walk in wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

Eight steps down take us to the ground floor, with garden access, open plan living room, a well equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, 16 steps up from the ground floor, where we have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a suite with double bed, lounge area, bathroom with shower and terrace overlooking the lake. On this floor, we also find a sofa bed.

Outside, there is a beautiful garden with stunning lake views, private swimming pool (8x4m; open from mid-May to mid-October) with sun lounges and garden, with a private access to the lake.

Facilities: air conditioning, heating, ADSL Wi-Fi Internet, pool towels, satellite TV, washer-dryer, bed linen, maid service once per week, cleaning on Saturdays, private parking (2 cars), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer

PLEASE NOTE:
- The Villa is not located at street level but there are approximately 50/60 steps to descend to the lake level where the villa is situated;
- access to the lake: from the villa, there is either a large gate that allows direct access from the garden to the beach without any steps, or a small pedestrian gate that opens onto a path, also without steps, that leads to the beach;
- The villa has a small floating dock in front, but please note that a special license is required for fishing as this is strictly regulated on Lake Como;
- The parking is at street level, and unfortunately, there is no direct road access to the villa by car. A porter service is available on request, at extra cost.
