The Space:
Expect to have the utmost quality and best home away from home experience whether you are traveling to Georgetown for work or pleasure. With ample space, you can host several guests comfortably both indoors and out.

This cozy home comfortably hosts up to six guests with plentiful sleeping options amongst three bedrooms with four beds and three bathrooms. We have made sure to provide amenities for both adults and children so everyone can have an enjoyable, comfortable experience.

Our living room is the perfect place to hang out with friends. With two comfortable couches and a big screen TV, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and catch up. The cozy atmosphere makes it easy to unwind and spend quality time together.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. Plus, the dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze.

Located in Georgetown, KY (best known for being the birthplace of bourbon), you will be able to enjoy a place with so much to offer and the convenience of endless activities at your fingertips. Georgetown is truly a unique holiday experience with an exciting historic downtown and is even Kentucky’s horse headquarters! Where You’ll Be. Prime Location - Conveniently located; this home sits close to the top bourbon distilleries; make sure to check these out! In under ten minutes, you can stop by Scott County Park with 67 acres of area for outdoor activities including walking trails.

Location, location, location! Georgetown, Kentucky is one of the few destinations located within the golden triangle of Cincinnati, Louisville, and Lexington. Lexington is a short 30 minutes away while both Louisville and Cincinnati are just a little over an hour by car. You can easily visit any of these locations if you want to get the most out of your stay’s optimal location.

To Do Around Neighborhood.
5 mins to Bourbon 30 Spirits Distillery. You sample as much as you want from about 75 or so barrels, then choose your own blend. They bottle, you name the blend and choose the bottle shape and wax colors for the seal.
5 mins to Downtown Georgetown. Wander a historic downtown area and shop dozens of electric art, boutique and antique shops. With its American flags, hanging flower baskets and Victorian-era buildings, downtown Georgetown exemplifies small town America.
10 mins to the Kentucky Horse park. The only park of its kind in the world, the Kentucky Horse Park is a working horse farm, educational theme park, equine competition facility, and equine office park dedicated to man’s relationship with the horse.
20 mins to Keeneland Racetrack. The grounds consist of the paddock, a prep area where visitors can view horses up-close just before the race and a combination of dirt and turf race tracks.
