Enriched with history & tradition is where you will find Wilkinson. This historic home has recently undergone renovations & no expense was spared. Guests will enjoy the walkability to Downtown Frankfort & many of the local attractions. Featuring 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, guests are able to experience life like a local with all the modern-day amenities. We are also only a 7.2-mile drive to Castle & Key Distillery.

Professionally managed by Kentucky Life Property Management, our team is readily available for any guest needs. we have curated an automated experience but are only a message or phone call away if our guests are in need.

STAY
Wilkinson's Wheated Oasis has plenty of room for your friends & family to gather while visiting historic Frankfort, Kentucky! This charming home has a single floor layout, please refer to our floorplan in our photos. Our home has a private living room, newly renovated kitchen, 2 private bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, & a charming front porch. You will have no problem finding somewhere to spend your time together or alone while staying with us.


EAT
Our dining table is located in the kitchen and seats 4 guests. You can enjoy cooking in our newly renovated kitchen with quartz counters, brand NEW stainless appliances, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. We have well equipped our kitchen for all of your culinary needs.

We are also within a short walking distance to local Downtown eateries and bars. Reach out to our team for some of our favorite recommendations. We provide a house manual at the property with additional local restaurants in Frankfort and surrounding Central KY.

SLEEP
This charming home has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while our second bedroom has a queen bed. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests. The two bedrooms will share the two full bathrooms located in the hallway.

Nice and clean but small home with a great location. Easy walk to the downtown area where things were happening every night. Restaurants and bars close by. Sabrina the property manager was outstanding and very helpful. We want to come back to this area again and would stay here. We had a great visit to Kentucky!

Great house

This house has everything you need and is in a walkable area to restaurants. This is our second time staying here and it won’t be our last. Love the neighborhood, it’s quite but close to so many things.

The house is nice, clean, and a good location for walking. The bathroom towels are a little dingy, thin, and rough. The door in the master bedroom does not latch. We did not get any departure instructions. Would still recommend

The property was great. Expedia charging me an extra $400 for late payment when they had my card on the reservation will keep me from using them after a very long relationship using them. Foreign call centers that couldn’t solve any problems.

Perfect location for Bourbon Trail

This was a great house in the prefect location for hitting the Bourbon Trail. Close drive to some great distilleries. Also, close to some yummy restaurants that were a close walk. Enjoyed our time at the house and would book again for sure!

Great weekend getaway

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was perfect for us, clean and cozy. It’s within walking distance to the historical downtown shops and restaurants. It is in an older neighborhood, but it is clean and quiet for the most part. It was always easy to find street parking close to the house. There are only enough towels and washcloths for 1 per person. Not a huge deal for us, we just washed them every day with detergent provided.
