About The space
Our Richmond rental space is comprised of 4 upstairs units, 2 - 1 bed/1bath units and 2 - 2 bed/1 bath units with a well lighted parking lot and 24 hour surveillance. This is unit #2 and offers 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds that have Serta 2 inch memory foam over an innerspring mattress. Small closet spaces are in each bedroom for storage. A kitchenette is in the unit for preparing quick meals, although there's limited space for prepping meals. No dishwasher, but dish towels and a dish cloth and dish soap are provided for easy hand washing. TV trays are stored in a closet. A single serve coffee maker and a variety of coffee / cocoa selections are provided. Egyptian towels are provided in the bath. A hair dryer is also provided under the sink. Please over look our exterior at this time! Our area has some new business being built around us and the exterior of our building is currently under some renovation construction.

Guests have access to the steps / foyer to the building and entire unit #2.
Other things to note
This is an upstairs unit that has 16 steps to reach to the second floor landing.
