4BR 3bath 9 beds! Pool, hot tub, movie room, oasis in LEX

Welcome to The Komi. This 4 bed, 3 bath home is an oasis in the middle of Lexington. This cozy getaway has SO much to offer; in ground pool, hot tub, stone fire pit, and thats just the outside! Inside boasts an open floor plan living area with a HUGE dining table. Three bedrooms upstairs along with two baths. Downstairs is the perfect place for the kids with bunk bed trundles that sleeps up to 8. Oh, and did I mention the home movie theater! The Komi has it all!

Upstairs is a open Kitchen/Dining/Living area, with three bedrooms (one of which is a en suite with it's own bath) and an additional hall bath. Downstairs is the movie room and a bedroom with bunk beds/ trundles that can sleep up to 8.

Pool is open April 1st through October 31st. Hot tub is open year round.

Perfect place for a large group! We’ve stayed in the neighborhood before and love the location. Host was responsive and accommodating. Hot tub was a nice touch and I can only imagine the pool is a bonus in the warm months! The bunk bed room was perfect for kids, even older teens as the beds are full size on the bottom plus trundles. We also enjoyed the theater room! Cozy seating not just the usual cheap VRBO furniture with plenty of seating for everyone. This is what I have struggled with before in Lexington is finding houses that have places to gather. When we are there we are visiting our kid in college and usually traveling with multiple families. Definitely would look to book again!

The house was perfect our family. We had a graduation in town and the house fit everyone. The kids had a great time in the bunk room downstairs. It was clean with all of the amenities we needed. Wish we could have used the pool...but we were there in the wrong season for that. We didn't really need to contact our host as we had no issues, but he was very prompt and friendly with any communications that were necessary before we arrived.We will definitely be back!

We had a good stay, although we were our hour and 10 minutes over the time we were supposed and allowed to check in due to the cleaning people, also there was 8 to 10 yard workers that came during our stay which was really kind of annoying they blew leaves and things all over our vehicles, I went out and talked to the landscapers and asked him to make sure and clear all the leaves off of our vehicles, the host Kevin sent a nice gift to the house with a small statement of his apologies due to the situations with getting in late due to the cleaners in the landscapers, overall we had a great time Kevin was very responsive when we needed him, we left the house in excellent shape said all the garbage cans out, and made sure everything was clean including the dishes, over all we enjoyed our stay

Overall our stay was very good. Communication with the host/property manager was slow at times and the issue did not get resolved. We requested someone to look at the grill because it was shooting flames and was a hazard to use. So unfortunately we were unable to grill on Labor Day as we planned. On another occasion the host responded right away and did send someone to fix the garage disposal. The property is a little oasis tucked away in Lexington. Would recommend staying at this property.

Our family wanted to do a lil gathering since i moved and this property was perfect for us. We had a decent size group and everyone was accommodated very nicely. The pool was great and big just like the picture. The host was quick to answer any and all questions! My family and i would definitely come back for another stay

Kentucky derby

The property was perfect. So nice having the pool and hot tub. Nice quite neighborhood. The host was quick to respond. They keyless entry made it easy for guest arriving before me. Will definitely consider this property again. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the grill was great to have.

The kitchen was fully stocked with the basic necessities—plenty of spices, pots and pans, and all new appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, and everything is stocked in the house. Also, as a bonus, the movie room TV is way larger than the photo you see, so that was a great surprise!

Keeneland weekend

Great location for our family and friends. Close to restaurants and shopping as well as a 20 minute drive to Keeneland. The college boys and husbands loved the basement tv room for their football games.

Great House and Amazing Space

Myself, husband and son came into town for UK Family Weekend and decided to stay with my ex husband, his wife and daughter- in addition to our UK Student. There was plenty of space that we weren't stuck together but great areas for joined time like the card night we had. A few small issues but noting even worth mentioning. Host let me extend my stay 2 days before check-in and it was super easy! Very comfortable beds and all amenities provided. The house and property are exactly as described, and we will definitely be looking to stay here on our next family trip.

The house was in a nice neighborhood, close to UK. We planned on using the pool and hot tub, but could not. The hotub was green, and there was a film on top of the pool. The pool levels were so low that the jet was not hitting it to push chemicals through to keep it clean. Movie room was nice.
