Welcome to our spacious and comfortable second- and third-floor apartment, the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to explore the city! This beautifully furnished home features six bedrooms and comfortably accommodates larger groups.

The second floor includes three queen-size beds, one full-size bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The third floor offers three additional queen-size beds and a second modern bathroom with a shower, providing added convenience and comfort for larger groups.

The apartment also features a fully updated kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The open and functional layout provides plenty of space to work, relax, or simply enjoy quality time together.

For your comfort during warmer months, the home is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Mini-split air conditioners are installed in the master bedroom and living room on both the second and third floors. There is also a portable AC unit in the second-floor back room and another portable AC unit in Room 2 on the third floor. Additionally, every bedroom and living room is equipped with a ceiling fan to help keep the home comfortable.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available on the property. Please note that the laundry machines are coin-operated and require quarters to use, so be sure to bring enough quarters if you plan on doing laundry during your stay.

Parking: The parking lot has four spaces—two for the first-floor apartment and two for the second-floor apartment. Please use only the two spaces for your apartment. Additional street parking is available if needed.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire second- and third-floor apartment, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. There are two convenient entrances—one at the front and one at the back—providing flexible access to the property. You'll also have access to a private backyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a meal al fresco.

The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essential appliances you'll need during your stay.
