This spacious and comfortable 5 bedroom, 3 bath detached home with a screened-in porch overlooking a pond sleeps 10 people and is conveniently located East of Rt 1 in the resort Villages of Five Points, near charming Lewes, Delaware. All the amenities in the Village of Five Points are included in your booking in addition to more free activities provided by Xplorie including free* golfing at Bear Trap, kayaking, paddle or stand-up boards in Dewey Beach and more (see below). In addition, the house is a short walk or ride from the Lewes/Rehoboth 15-mile bike loop.



Your host has outfitted this home with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay near the beach including 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, coolers, totes, 4 adult bicycles and helmets to use on the bike trail. There is even a kennel for your dog if you need it and entrance permission to the Lewes DOG PARK!



In addition to the amenities provided at Five Points, your booking comes with additional free activities worth over $300/day from Xplorie. Every day, you will receive one free pass for each activity. Passes do not accumulate. You'll be contacted about these after you book. Extra passes are sometimes available through your manager.

This home features a primary bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom on the first floor, along with an enormous living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, bedroom #2 with a queen and an additional full bathroom, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is stocked with all you can think of for ten people including both drip and K-cup coffee makers.



The second-floor house has three more bedrooms, including 2 queen-size beds and a bunk bed with trundle sleeping up to 4 people and another full bathroom. One of the bedrooms doubles as a den/game room. This home features two smart TVs and cable TV.



**Please bring your own linens, towels and paper goods**. Pillows, blankets, and bath mats are provided. If you prefer to rent them we can refer you to local providers. Parking at Cape Henlopen Beach is $10 per car. Pets are allowed at the home for an additional fee of $200 with written permission based on breed and training. Please inquire.



The driveway will hold three vehicles and the garage will hold one. For 2025, Check in is 2pm and checkout is 9am.
