The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles. You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival. A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

The Linens Package includes the following items:
1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season.

Coastal Club Community
Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area's best shopping. Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Rental Guest agrees that breaking any of these five (5) rules is a violation of their agreement and can result in eviction from the premises with forfeiture of all monies paid.

The place was super comfortable and clean! We really loved the backyard and the awesome screened-in patio—such a lovely spot for breezy days. We fired up the grill for some home-cooked dinners. Getting to the beach was a piece of cake, and we spent a day at the clubhouse pool, which turned out to be way cheaper than buying a weekly pass for the family. Can’t wait to come back next year!
