The community pool is just steps away—perfect for cooling off and socializing with friends and family. Plus, enjoy direct access to the Georgetown-Lewes Trail, allowing you to bike safely to the beach without crossing the highway!

The bright and spacious upper level features three bedrooms, including a master with a private renovated bathroom and walk-in closet. The master and second bedrooms both have queen beds, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed (twin over full) plus a walk-in closet. Two additional folding twin beds provide extra sleeping options. A new washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor.

Nice property and convenient location but make sure to read the fine print! The main Property Amenities list states that bedsheets and towels are provided. But in the 12th paragraph under About this Property you will see that you are expected to bring your own linens and towels. It was my error to not read every single paragraph but because I had not read that I didn’t realize that we needed to bring our own (or rent them for another 60) until the owner messaged me the day before we were set to leave. Thank goodness we weren’t flying in and were able to bring them with us. However it was a hassle that I was not expecting. Next time I book through this app I will definitely be reading everything a lot closer and will chose a location that provides linens and towels.

Clean, cozy, and close to everything!!!

A great stay for the family! The unit was bright, clean, organized, and stocked with things for a comfortable stay like detergent, shampoos, etc. Great location in the unit across from the pool, which was also beautiful. We enjoyed the pool multiple times during our stay! Close to multiple beautiful beaches, Rehoboth and the broad walk, as well as the Sports at the Beach complex for our son‘s tournament. Cindy was quick to get back to us with any questions we had and was a great hostess! We’re looking forward to vacationing there again and would love to stay at Cindy‘s place in Taramino Place!

Wonderful stay

Cindy was very responsive and helpful. Her property is conveniently located, close to shops/restaurants, and within minutes of drive to several beaches including our favorite Cape Henlopen State Park. The house is clean and well maintained, shares a nice pool in a tranquil neighborhood. Great for a family vacation.

Nice clean condo close to all the shopping

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Didn’t realize the drive to Rehoboth Beach would take so long on a Saturday due to traffic, but that’s not the condo’s fault. A few minor issues that the owner was responsive to help resolve. Overall, it was a good stay.

Convenient with a nice location....

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay for easy access to both Lewes (Cape Henlopen SP) and Rehoboth Beach. The house was clean and easy to access with the pin code. Our family had a really nice trip, and this spot provided us with an easy starting point for each day during a busy beach season. The house was clean with nice amenities. FYI Surf Bagel (about a mile south on Rt 1) served as our coffee spot in the mornings. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Fantastic clean and comfortable townhouse in Lewes

Perfect space for family vacation. Host keeps the house immaculate, and offers cotton bed/bath linens along with firm comfortable matresses. Thoughtful touches like plenty of hangers, clothes tree in master BR, hooks for jackets downstairs and well-stocked kitchen make for a fantastic stay. Pool is steps from the house, with easy access to the Georgetown-Lewes biketrail. This home is a gem.

Nice Townhouse Near Beach

Really nice property and stay. The kitchen was very complete and easy for us to make quick meals. Spacious living room and sunroom. Electronic code lock made it easy to get in/out without fear of losing a key. Quiet neighborhood good for family stay. Rear concrete pad with hose to rinse off beach or fishing gear. Right off coastal highway for easy access to shopping, Lewes old town, and Cape Henlopen State Park. Only complaint was it could have been a little less dusty and the doors on the 2nd floor (bedrooms/bathroom) wouldn't lock.

Wonderful property

This townhouse is exactly as pictured. It was very clean, Cindy was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions, and it fit the needs of our family which includes two teenagers. The kitchen is stocked with the basics for simple cooking. Parking is convenient, pool is close to the unit and the complex is quiet and very well maintained. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Perfect fit

We needed a place for the weekend for a family event in Milton and this place suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and conveniently located. Everything was clean and tidy and Cindy was a friendly and helpful host. Would love to stay again sometime if the need ever arises.

Great Condo

Very Spacious Condo that is super clean. A very close drive to athletic complex, kids activities and the beach. The pool is clean and a great place to relax after a long day. The beds were literally the most comfortable I have ever experienced in vacation. I wanted to take them home with me they were so great to sleep in. Definitely a go to place for the Delaware beaches and more.

Wonderful home away from home experience!

The home was very nice, clean, and tastefully decorated. Cindy, the owner was extremely communicative and helpful and set us up with everything we needed to function (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, linens, towels, parking pass, pool pass etc). There was an issue with a broken towel bar and ceiling light, but Cindy was very responsive, even though we opted to just make do and not interrupt our vacation with repair work. The home would benefit from a more ample supply of dishes (also kid-friendly dishes) and pans, and maybe a TV in the master bedroom. Also more “things” to hang towels on
 maybe hooks on the back of the bedroom doors. Lastly, the community seemed really nice too. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful and although we didn’t use the pool, it would have been a nice resource if the beach weather was bad. Thank you Cindy for everything!!

Bring your bike!

Great location near the bike trail that takes you to the beach and town of Lewes. Clean property And close to route 1 for easy shopping and dining. If you are a light sleeper you need to bring white noise machines as the cars from the highway can be heard. That was not an issue for us but might be for others. The queen bed was one of the most comfy pillow top beds I have ever slept on. Cindy was easy to communicate with and check in and out was a breeze.

Great spot

My daughters and I took some friends to the beach for a few days and this townhouse was perfect for us. Plenty of space and was really close to the pool which the girls enjoyed jumping into after a day at the beach. Beach was a short drive which made it very convenient. Cindy was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Updated Rental near Five Points

Cindy's place had recently been tastefully renovated. Having 2 Queen Beds was nice, especially when my son and his wife arrived for a few days with their infant son. It was very cold much of the time when we were there, so the room with the desk was pretty cool (a space heater might have been helpful); but we still enjoyed the space and place. Cindy was very responsive to any of our questions. Roku TV is not one of our favorites but having access to Amazon Prime was nice.
