Chalet Belle des Neiges is situated in Les Houches, just few steps from the Prarion telecabin and ski bus connecting you to the rest of the Chamonix Valley. This newly built, stand-alone chalet comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Belles des Neiges is perfect for both families and groups. This chalet is an excellent choice for those looking for easy access to great skiing, and is also perfectly positioned for summer bikers and hikers.

The Location
Chalet Belle de Neige is located at the bottom of the Ailloud home run, giving direct access to the Les Houches ski area via the Prarion lift, as well as to bus links to the other ski areas and villages of the Chamonix Valley. In summer, it’s location close to the head of many of the famous walking trails such as the Tour du Mont Blanc and the Chalets des Charousse, allows direct access to some stunning summer hiking.
A 2-minute walk takes you down to the Chavants lake, where you will find a lake side café/ restaurant, a bakery, a bolted climbing wall, tennis courts, a children’s playground and a beautiful wooded area for gentle walks. In the winter, the Chavants lake area offers cross country skiing, a children’s ski area with ski school run by ESF and a sledging area. Just a 10 minute walk from the chalet you will find the Grange d’en Haute, a luxury spa and restaurant.
The village of Les Houches as 3-minute bus ride away, or a 15-minute flat walk. Here you will find all the amenities you need with two supermarkets and numerous restaurants and bars, a pharmacy, a boutique Savoyard shops selling local cheese and wine, gift shops, an outdoor ice rink in the winter, a local cinema and much more.
Easy access to Chamonix, via a 10-minute car or bus ride, allows you to benefit from the facilities this popular mountain town offers.

The Details
The chalet is set over 4 floors. Entering on the ground floor you will find the large private garage with EVC point and boot dryers, an area to store your skis and bikes and the laundry room with washer-dryer. For winter 2024, this will include a home cinema room.
The first floor opens up on to a spacious and modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is direct access out to a generous balcony and covered outdoor seating area with glorious mountain views. The living room is beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings and ample seating for all guests. The living area also benefits from a wood burning stove and a curved Smart TV making it the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped, offering everything you’ll need to make Chalet Belle des Neiges a home away from home.
On the second floor you’ll find 3 spacious double bedrooms, all which can either be setup as doubles or twins on request. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet and a walk in closet. The family bathroom is situated off the hallway on this floor, offering a bath, separate shower and an independent toilet.
On the third floor, in the eaves of the chalet you’ll find a spacious room with three single beds. This room is the ideal cosy hideout for children and a quiet place away from the social part the chalet making it a great option for families with children of mixed age groups. This room has been decorated with children in mind, but can equally provide a functional space for larger groups looking to maximise the capacity of the chalet.

What’s included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for each bed, end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.

Chalet Belle des Neige is in a development of three chalets next to the Prarion lift and is the first to be completed - the other two are still in the finishing stage. Noise disturbances are minimal but aesthetically the development is not yet completed. Prices have been reduced by 20% to account for this.
