Dreamy Waterfront Cottage w/ Incredible Views

Our dreamy waterfront getaway is the perfect spot for you to fully unwind and relax. Located directly on the waterfront of Breton Bay our home offers a scenic deck, screened in porch and private dock, that all feature breathtaking views that just can't be beat! Recently renovated, our 3 bedroom 1 bath home sleeps up to six guests. Our location offers serene privacy, but is still within 10 minutes of Leonardtown restaurants and shops. AC, High speed WiFi, & cable are all included in your stay.

First floor:

You'll be welcomed to our home by a large deck with custom built in seating, romantic string lights, and a firepit table. We also have two lounge chairs to relax in. You'll walk into a tastefully decorated water lover's dream living room with some charming Maryland touches. The living room has high ceilings, ample seating, and a cable equipped flat screen TV. If you're like us though, you won't even turn it on because you'll just want to stare at the view out the large sliding glass doors. The living room opens out onto a spacious screened in porch with rocking chairs and a picnic table to enjoy the space and views from. The living room also has a dining space and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but still has all you need for your getaway. There is a full size fridge and stove with butcher block countertops. We provide a drip coffee pot with complimentary coffee, a toaster, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need for basic meals at home.

The first floor also has a full bathroom and a two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan for warm nights, and a washer dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed and dresser.

Upstairs you will find a large loft that overlooks the living room with two twin beds and fun board games for the whole family.

Our home has central air conditioning and heat for the first floor and a wall unit AC/heater for the upstairs bedroom. We also have strong, fast WiFi, making this a perfect place to work from home.

Outside beyond the deck, we have a high end charcoal grill, hammock, and multiple Adirondack chairs to enjoy the breathtaking water views from. We also have a private dock where you can drop our kayak and canoe in from! If you would like to use our kayak and canoe, please let us know in advance and we can send you our sign out sheet.

Our dock does have a boat and jet ski lift, but for insurance purposes we unfortunately cannot allow guests to use them.

You have access to all parts of our home with the exception of one supply closet under the stairs. There is no beach or shallow water access from our property, but you are welcome to use the dock; all water activity is at your own risk. Use of the boat lift and jet ski lift are not included in the rental. There are lots of public boat launches near by!

Taxi service and Ubers are not available, so having a personal vehicle is highly recommended if you wish to see all the attractions that our beautiful area has to offer!

We typically have a little bit of fire wood to get you started, but please plan to bring your own charcoal to enjoy the grill.

If you would like to use our on property wood supply for $25 per stay, please let us know in advance, so we can get that set up for you!

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
