Lovely peaceful cottage with a very friendly and excellent host. Two pubs in close proximity and lovely local facilities in charming village of Yarpole in next village. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well designed. Excellent shower ! Would love to revisit..

Lovely location, very peaceful. Surrounded by nice walks and country pubs. Close to Ludlow and Leominster.Property is a great size, comfortable and absolutely spotless. Ned’s are comfy and showers are good. Kitchen facilities were good. The only thing it missed was a good coffee machine, but I’m a big coffee fan. Loved it.

Tthe most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed! Everything was top quality and everything was provided for us. The weather was awful during our stay, but we didn’t mind, because we loved being back in the house! We will definitely stay there again and have recommended it to our friends!!!

Home from home!

This is the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and furnished and in a wonderful rural setting. Our host, Amy,responded immediately with a few queries we had at the beginning of our stay. The Folly is in an ideal location to explore the surrounding area.

The cottage is perfect! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were blessed with lovely weather and the garden was a treat to be able to enjoy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were an excellent size. The kitchen was well equipped, but barely used as the list of eateries in the area that Amy provided was comprehensive and well used by us!The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the region. We are looking forward to a repeat visit next summer!

Great location and so comfortable

The Folly has been beautifully converted and Amy and James have thought about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location for exploring, We walked from the house to Croft castle which was well worth a look including a beautiful walled garden. Ludlow nearby is a lovely town to explore. We enjoyed meeting the hens in your very pretty back garden! We Hope to come back for longer next time.

Tranquility incarnate

The Folly is a beautifully situated cottage, excellently appointed and comfortably furnished home from home - we wanted for nothing during our stay. The garden (and adjoining orchard) are lovely. The property owners are genuinely thoughtful and considerate hosts who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will not hesitate t stay there again when next visiting the area.

Peaceful & Comfortable

A charming cottage, meeting all the needs of a quite weekend away. The beds, furnishings and utilities, including log burner, made for a great relaxing base to explore the area. Views from rear windows look over gardens and orchards. Sheep being herded past the front door will stay in our memories too!

A great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at the cottage in Luston. There was lots of room for us and our two friends and we enjoyed having a bathroom each. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was room for four of us to sit at the dining table. There are lots of places to visit e.g castles and manor houses which are just a short drive away. Our hosts Amy and James made us feel welcome.

Great property

The property is exactly as described and we very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great and we were given a warm welcome on arrival. Property was clean with everything in very good condition. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need. The owner has gone above and beyond with little touches that make all the difference.

A pleasant break!

A very nicely appointed house with excellent amenities including IPlayer, Netflix etc available on the tv. - very welcome when the weather is bad! Our host was pleasant and helpful and gave us a huge amount of information on places to visit and where to eat in the area.

Lovely Peaceful Stay

I stayed at the cottage with my husband and daughter as she is looking to buy a property in the area. Our host Amy couldn’t have been more helpful. She gave us lots of information on the area and all her recommendations for food were spot on. We had the most comfortable stay and our beds were very comfortable. The living area was great and spacious and the kitchen had all we needed. We’d definitely love to go back and stay again.

Beautiful cottage and location with wonderful hosts

Our stay was absolutely brilliant. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of the thoughtful touches (including a delicious bottle of fresh apple juice from the orchard which was much appreciated and enjoyed) - and the cottage is immaculate, very well equipped and peaceful. Amy is a great host. She made us feel very welcome and provided lot of useful information about the local area, places to visit, recommendations for dining out. The cottage is delightful. Situated in beautiful surroundings it’s quiet, very comfortable and clean with good quality linen and towels, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower! We could happily live here!We’ve stayed in many holiday rentals and the Folly is up there with the best of them. We would happily stay here again.
