Located in the heart of Overland Park, this cozy split-level home offers easy access to Oak Park Mall, top BBQ spots like Joe's Kansas City and Jack Stack, and Corporate Woods. The Overland Park Convention Center is just a short drive away. With quick access to Highway 69, exploring the Kansas City metro is a breeze.

-Bedrooms: Youâll find three king-sized beds across three bedroom offering plenty of space for everyone to sleep in comfort. We also have a Pack ân Play available for little ones. A queen air mattress is available should you bring an extra guest.
-Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms make getting ready a breeze for your entire group.
In addition to the main living areas, the basement suite serves as another great common space, perfect for relaxation and fun! It features a Simpsons arcade game, so you can enjoy some retro gaming during your stay.

For the grill master in your group, a Blackstone grill is available to cook up your favorite meals outdoors, whether itâs a casual BBQ or a full dinner spread.
Parking:
Thereâs space for up to two cars in the driveway, and garage access is available for one carâgiving you plenty of room to park comfortably.

We know your furry friends are part of the family! This home is pet-friendly, ($50/per pet per stay) and the fully intact small fence ensures that your pets have a secure space to roam and enjoy the outdoors.

Parking Restrictions: Please be aware that you cannot park outside the driveway. The spots in the middle of the street are numbered and assigned, and cars parked there can be towed. Please only utilize our driveway and our garage. Thank you

Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with unique homes, this area offers a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Guests can enjoy a stroll through the streets, where youâll find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and people spending time on their front porches. Its central location provides easy access to downtown, Shawnee, Overland Park, and the rest of the metro areaâoffering a peaceful retreat with the convenience of nearby attractions, whether you're here for business or leisure.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.
This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet timesâ 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to reach out with questions should anything come up during your stayâ we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless itâs necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
