The Space:

This elegant apartment beautifully combines historic charm with modern comfort. The fully renovated space offers 99 m² of stylish living area and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families, groups, or business travelers. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for a relaxing stay.



When entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a bright hallway with high ceilings, typical for classic historic buildings. From here you can access the cozy living room, a real highlight of the apartment, as well as the two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and a separate storage room.



Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee, either on the quiet south-facing balcony or in the kitchen’s dining area. And whether you are an early riser or prefer a slow morning, a relaxing moment under the rainfall shower will lift your mood. The many thoughtful amenities make your stay both comfortable and memorable.



The two bedrooms are designed for restful nights. One bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) with a premium mattress, ensuring deep and relaxing sleep. A dedicated workspace with both Wi-Fi and LAN connection is also available, making it ideal for business travelers or remote work. Like the entire apartment, the bedrooms can be fully darkened with electric external shutters, guaranteeing peaceful sleep.



The cozy living room forms the heart of the apartment. Here you will find a large and comfortable sofa bed, offering sleeping space for additional guests. Together with the large Smart TV, it becomes the perfect place to relax in the evening. You can easily log in with your own accounts on all common streaming platforms and enjoy your favorite movies or series.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a large fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential cooking utensils. The dining area for up to 8 guests is also located here, making it the ideal place to enjoy meals together with family or friends. A washing machine is seamlessly integrated into the modern built-in kitchen.



The modern bathroom features a spacious rainfall shower, along with a small selection of quality care products to make your stay even more comfortable.

Karlsruhe city center can be reached quickly – both by car and by public transport.

High-quality bed linen, towels and bath mats are provided. A small starter selection of coffee and tea is available upon arrival.

City Tax (Accommodation Tax of the City of Karlsruhe)



The City of Karlsruhe charges a mandatory accommodation tax per overnight stay and per guest.



The tax amounts to:

• €4.00 per guest per night (01 January 2026 – 31 December 2027)

• €4.50 per guest per night (from 01 January 2028)



The City Tax is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.



The tax applies to both private and business stays.

Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt.



As accommodation providers, we are legally required to collect this tax on behalf of the City of Karlsruhe.
