Tucked away on the exclusive North End Avenue in Thorpeness, Heath House is a spacious, architect-designed retreat that effortlessly blends modern luxury with laid-back seaside charm. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, this light-filled home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for family holidays, group getaways, or a stylish base for exploring the Suffolk coast.
The homeâs design centres around space, light, and connection to the outdoors. At its heart is a large open-plan living area where a state-of-the-art kitchen, elegant dining space, and relaxed sitting room flow seamlessly together. A wall of sliding glass doors opens directly onto a private garden with plenty of seating, offering a tranquil spot for morning coffee using the Lâor Barista coffee machine or dinner in the salty sea air. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for shared cooking and socialising, from a gas range cooker to a breakfast bar perfect for gathering over drinks or snacks.
For quieter moments, a separate snug with a 42" Smart television provides a cosy space to unwind. Upstairs, a second sitting room leads to a sea-facing balcony, an ideal setting for catching the sunrise or enjoying a quiet moment away from the group.
Each of the four bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with a clean, calming aesthetic. Two include en-suite bathrooms, while the master bedroom features a luxurious 6' super-king-size bed positioned in front of bi-fold windows that frame sweeping sea views. Bedrooms two and three also offer 6' super-king-size beds, with bedrooms three and four benefitting from bi-fold windows that flood the rooms with natural light and provide panoramic coastal vistas.
Outside, both the front and rear gardens are enclosed and equipped with outdoor dining areas, a charcoal barbecue, and space for play or relaxation. Thereâs off-street parking for up to six cars, and even a kennel for four-legged guests.
