Designed for up to 4 guests, it pairs a bright, open-plan living space with a large private balcony overlooking the river and city skyline, plus the convenience of secure on-site parking and lift access.
Whether you are visiting for work, a city break, or a longer stay, this apartment makes it easy to settle in and enjoy Leicester at your own pace. Step outside for riverside walks along the River Soar, then head into town for shopping, dining, and historic sights, all within easy reach.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
