Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has carried out all necessary proactive disinfestation measures, always in accordance with environmental laws for the protection of natural life. However, the property is located within beautiful natural surroundings, and contact with insects or small animals (e.g. stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants, etc.) cannot always be prevented.

• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.

• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.

• An additional €15/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
