Villa Pavlos accommodates up to eight guests in four spacious ensuite double bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups or friends sharing. The villa includes private parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a comprehensive entertainment system. Designed by renowned Greek architect G. Kavadas, the villa's pale grey sandstone exterior and eco-friendly materials integrate seamlessly with the surrounding olive groves. Inside, the décor features a soft, neutral palette, state-of-the-art technology, and luxurious furnishings, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere.

Enter the villa at the mid-level, where 100 square meters of living space with floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views. The seating area includes two grey sofas, a chaise longue, armchairs, glass tables, a 48-inch flat-screen TV, a CD player, a fireplace, and a distinctive Catellani & Smith lighting feature. The dining area, with a 10-seater table and an Ingo Maurer ceiling light, complements the fully equipped 30-square-metre kitchen, which features Murano glass cupboard doors. A private chef can also be arranged for your stay.

This level also houses the first bedroom, with a king-size bed that can convert into two singles, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a furnished veranda. A guest cloakroom is also available on this floor. The upper level features a 55 square meter master suite with a king-size bed, tempurpedic mattress, remote control massage facility, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and WC. The lower level includes a 60 square meter bedroom with a king-size bed (convertible to two singles), an ensuite shower room, a home cinema, a PlayStation 4, and board games. The fourth bedroom is in a 70 square meter studio with a king-size bed, ensuite shower room, and a sitting area with a sofa bed for two children. This level also offers two desk areas with a library of books, DVDs, CDs, a PC, and a separate WC.

From the mid-level living area, step onto the 300-square-metre pool terrace with sea views, paved and decked grounds, and gardens. The 50-square-metre entry swimming pool is ideal for morning laps or lounging. Cushioned sun loungers and parasols surround the pool. The outdoor gym is fully equipped, and multiple alfresco dining areas, including a barbecue spot, are perfect for enjoying meals and sunset cocktails.

Villa Pavlos is situated on a hill, offering views of olive groves, the sea, and Lefkes town, the capital of Lefkada, in the Greek Ionian Sea. The villa is 22 kilometers from Aktion International Airport in Preveza, or accessible by island hopping from Ithaki, Kefalonia, or Meganisi. It is a short drive to the main town, where visitors can find provisions for their stay. The villa is located north of the island, connected to mainland Greece by a causeway.

Nearby, along the west coast, there are several renowned golden sandy beaches with clear waters, such as Agios Ioannis, Porto Katsiki, Agiofili, Kathisma, and Egremni. Many beaches offer amenities like sun loungers, umbrellas, water sports, and cafes. Lefkada is also known for its forests and mountains, providing opportunities for walking, trekking, hiking, climbing, or cycling. Guided tours are available along established tracks, allowing visitors to explore the island’s flora and fauna. Mount Elati, the highest peak on Lefkada at 1,150 meters, offers stunning views.
