Villa Medusa is located in the wonderful and picturesque Bay of Sivota, in Lefkada. This newly built contemporary villa offers the luxury and comfort you need in order to enjoy and relax during your vacation.

Villa Medusa is one of our six villas and has a unique architecture. Each villa was built with respect to the environment and the house was carved into the mountain.

Villa Medusa is a two bedroom villa that can host up to 6 people with comfort, 2 people in each bedroom and 2 extra people in the sofa bed of the living room area.Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

It has a spacious and comfortable living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones. The living room offers a wonderful panoramic view to the pool and sea, due to its large window doors.
From the area of the living room you have an easy access to the pool (the depth of the pool starts from 1,30m up to 1,60m. Also there is a part 3m×3m where the depth is 0.15 to 0,20m)and outdoor sitting area which will become for sure your favourite spot of the house due to the shade it offers and due to the endless Ionian sea view.
The way the villas are built will make you feel like you hover above the Ionian sea, leaving you amazed by the breathtaking view!

However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Access: The villa is 2klm from the village of Sivota following an unpaved road, but accessible with a normal car.
